I called them up and told them I needed a termite letter. They told me it would be 75 dollars. They sent someone out who said we do not have active termites but to get the letter it would be 1300 plus to treat the house. All I wanted was a letter saying what they said no active termites. If this is their policy then tell me upfront. All I'm asking is to be treated honestly. Which in my opinion I was not.

I signed up for monthly mosquito treatments because I live so close to water, and the bugs are really bad at my house. They came out once, were paid, and I never saw them again. Here we are in October and they are currently harassing me for additional payments for services I never received. Do not hire this company! They will not show up and then keep calling you. I will be using someone else next year. And filing a complaint against Home Pro Pest.

Been with em for about 5 years or so now. Easy as hell to deal with, and I have no bugs in my house for a good amount of time after they service. Hell, if I have bugs after the scheduled servicing they will still come out and get it done. Great company! Nice people!
