I had called Universal for a complimentary inspection too look for a possible raccoon in our attic. We had one when we first moved in and were concerned it had come back Jimmy came out and he did a full assessment. He was efficient and professional and we were so happy to find out the raccoon had not come back. There was a previous stain coming through the ceiling and he told us how to handle it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any concerns!

David Shafer was very professional. He came out an did a full inspection. Then we came up with a game plan to combat my pest. I set up my contract which was simple and straightforward. Havent written a review for Universal Pest before, but having had a very positive experience with David today, compels me to say some positive things. First, he could have rescheduled, but he came anyway. Second, when he appeared from under my crawlspace, he tossed out 2 almost whole rolls of plastic that should have been taken and reused by Universal after they did my plastic barrier install. That would have been wasteful! But David took the effort to lug those things from deep under the house to bring them back to Universal for use! Wow! What a great employeesalvaging that material helps to keep everyones cost down! What a conscientious employee! Third, the information he shared with me about what he saw underneath my house finally helps me to keep a necessary eye on a couple of things. I felt like he was the FIRST inspector to really LOOK at my situation thoroughlyand that is what I PAY FOR. Thank you, David!

Philip is the best! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He truly cares about his clients and is an expert in his field. He goes above and beyond and gives great tips and tricks about pests and other wildlife. Highly recommend this service and youre lucky if you get Philip as your technician. Universal Pests only female pest inspector, Jenna, did a fantastic job! She was not only through, she explained everything to me. Any questions I had, she was happy to explain. Jenna was more than personable, which made me feel comfortable with her in my home. She was professional at all times, and even showed her personal side by loving on my large dog. I have worked with Brandon N. on multiple issues and he has been a pleasure to work with. Universal has offered fair prices and Brandon has done great work for us. Specifically, he has been handling a rodent issue in our crawl space and attic. He has been very communicative and responsive during the work.
