Matthew was at my home this morning to put grub preventative on my lawn. I found him to be very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He's a definite credit to FMPC.

They were very nice, but my problem still existed. I called and let them know what issue I was having, The lady who answered the phone at their office was extremely professional and nice. The people who did the pest control called back and I let them know what my issue was. That has been a few weeks now, they never came back or even called me back. I ended up calling a second pest control company and we easily remedied the problem.
They had me sign something that they were going to come back, they are not welcome back here I do not want to ever give them money again or have them on my property. I feel like they took my money and ran and did really nothing. 0 stars wasn't available.

Awesome company. Ants popped up again after a rainy week, and even though they treated my house just before the rainy week, they came back out to get rid of the ants at no charge to me.
