Services
Termite Inspection
Our licensed technicians perform comprehensive termite inspections using state-authorized ODAFF-1 forms. We identify active infestations, previous damage, and wood-destroying insect activity. Real estate transaction inspections help protect home investments during purchases, while annual renewal inspections maintain termite warranties.
Pest Control
We provide interior and exterior pest control treatments targeting spiders, scorpions, ants, and other common Oklahoma pests. Our quarterly service includes web removal and covers most crawling insects with 90-day warranty protection. Targeted treatments address specific infestations like bedbugs or cockroaches.
Wildlife Management
Our state-licensed specialists handle nuisance wildlife including raccoons, squirrels, and armadillos. We follow Oklahoma regulations for humane trapping and removal while implementing prevention measures. Services include exclusion techniques and habitat modification advice.
Termite Warranty
We offer 12-month termite warranties renewable through annual inspections. Qualifying homes receive treatment coverage for active infestations. Our warranty program provides ongoing protection with regular monitoring to maintain termite-free status between renewal periods.

OTS is always my second opinion when receiving termite reports that have issues. Tim and the other techs are very efficient and thorough with their observations. They are my first choice when treatment is needed. They have also cleared issues that dont require treatment, saving my clients money and relieving unnecessary stress. I trust their assessment and highly recommend them.

Ive been using OTS for years both for regular service and the occasional special pest control. I always ask for Ty. Hes professional, respectful, and kind. He helps me understand how to help control infestations beyond the services they provide.

Had a great experience with a new home purchase termite inspection. The owner inspected himself. However, I have recently been trying to contact them with questions and for service otherwise, and I sat on hold for 31 minutes waiting for an answer, and finally gave up. I emailed them instead with the question and instead of actually answering what I asked, they just said we weren't covered under the warranty for the new home inspection.
I emailed clarifying that I knew that but wanted service otherwise and never heard back. It has been weeks now. I am sad and frustrated as I have used them, even when I was a realtor to inspect homes for termites upon purchase. I didn't realize that was actually all they do and ignore you otherwise
