Fox has kept my home and yard pest free very well. Spiders were my main problem and they have made a big difference. Some webs still accumulate between treatments but much less and they sweep them away for me when they come. Seeing these few webs reminds me what would happen again without Fox treatment. I also like seeing the same service representative come since they become familiar with my home and problem areas. Thanks Fox.

Quinn was professional, personable and kind. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He completed the full treatment in about a half hour and let me know when he was finished, happy to answer any final questions. At 4pm, it was 96deg but Quinn kept a smile on his face the whole time which I thought was pretty darn awesome! He presents as a technician who knows his stuff and is happy to do his job all while keeping his customer first in his mind. I am very happy with this service so far and would recommend it to anyone needing any type of pest control service.

The employees are what makes this company great! Wyatt & Quinn were absolutely wonderful. I haven't seen young men as well mannered & polite as these two in a long time. Wyatt was very thorough & answered all my questions. Quinn just reiterated all of the same info that Wyatt gave me & made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. They were on one accord with every aspect of service information. They were trained very well, an absolute delight to talk to and I was comfortable having them in my home. We need more young men like these 2 out in the world.

We use Fox for our pest control service and wanted to add on termite control. They offered their services a day after I saw a mouse in my newly built house, so they were hired on the spot after knocking on our door! Since we began using them, the mice have been gone, as are any other bugs who may have thought to visit. Erick came out today to do the termite inspection and install. His arrival window was pretty big, but he called before arriving, which was helpful. He was friendly and didn't mind answering questions for both me and my husband. Installation of the items seemed quick. Thanks for making it easy, Fox Pest Control and Erick.

I recently had 2 service visits with Fox, the home protection plan and the termite Sentricon protection installation. Both Lenin and Erick provided a courtesy call before arriving and both were very informative and efficient today. I was supposed to be away from home, but had to take a last minute meeting during Lenin's appointment. I was on business call but I was able to see Lenin from the windows doing exactly as he described.
During Erick's appointment I was also home and was able to view him as well conducting the exact tasks as he has deceived. Thanks so much for taking care of our home today. My family and I really appreciate your services and care. Have a blessed day!
