Services
Pest Control
Our comprehensive pest control solutions target common infestations including ants, cockroaches, and spiders. We conduct thorough property inspections to identify entry points and breeding areas. Our treatments combine targeted applications with preventive measures that create protective barriers around residential and commercial properties. Service includes follow-up visits to ensure complete elimination and long-term protection.
Termite Control
Specialized termite control services protect properties from structural damage caused by subterranean termites. We perform detailed inspections using moisture meters and fiber-optic scopes to detect hidden activity. Our treatment protocol includes soil injections, baiting systems, and wood treatments that disrupt colony development. Follow-up monitoring ensures ongoing protection while addressing moisture issues that attract termites.
Bed Bug Removal
Effective bed bug elimination requires multi-method approaches targeting all life stages. Our certified technicians use heat treatments reaching 135F to kill eggs and adults in mattress seams, furniture, and wall voids. We combine thermal remediation with residual treatments and encasement systems that prevent reinfestation while providing detailed post-treatment care instructions.
Mosquito Control
Our mosquito control programs reduce populations through breeding site elimination and targeted treatments. Technicians identify standing water sources and apply larvicides in inaccessible areas. Perimeter sprays containing pyrethroids create protective zones around properties while educating clients on environmental modifications that minimize mosquito habitats.
Rodent Control
Comprehensive rodent control addresses infestations through exclusion techniques combined with trapping systems. We identify and seal entry points using steel wool and expanding foam while deploying multi-catch traps in active areas. Sanitization procedures eliminate urine odors that attract new rodents while preventive measures include landscaping modifications to reduce harborage.
Questions
Are your treatments safe for families and pets?
Our treatments prioritize family safety using contained bait stations and quick-drying gel baits. We offer alternative formulations for chemically sensitive individuals and adjust treatment plans based on specific health concerns during initial consultations.
How often should homes get pest control?
Most homes benefit from annual services, though properties with prior infestations may require quarterly visits. Our technicians assess risk factors like nearby vegetation and moisture levels to create customized maintenance schedules.
What prevention methods do you recommend?
Effective prevention includes sealing entry points around utilities, maintaining proper crawl space ventilation, trimming vegetation away from foundations, and removing bird nests that attract rodents and wasps.
Do pests require temporary relocation?
Most treatments allow families to remain in their homes. Exterior treatments and targeted gel applications don't require evacuation. For severe infestations like bed bugs, temporary relocation might be recommended but is rare.
Can you handle commercial pest problems?
We provide tailored solutions for commercial properties including restaurants and warehouses. Our services address health code requirements while implementing preventive measures that protect business operations and customer trust.

I switched to Dustin pest control for the customer service and professionalism of the staff. I always get the service I need and have yet to be disappointed with the options and availability of the tech John. Also when I call in and speak to Emerald she is always courteous and attentive to my needs always repeating back and confirming the service I request. I would not hesitate to recommend Dustin to anyone looking for pest removal.

This company was so nice! Terri helped me on the phone and was able to answer all of my questions about the chemicals. They gave me a deal on my bimonthly service I didn't even know they did anything other than monthly. My last company didn't tell us they raised the price so I needed a new company and Dustin delivered. thank you!!!

This is our third pest control provider since we moved here and so glad we did! Dustin Pest control service is exceptional for the following reasons: 1) product works! I picked up over 400 dead roach bodies after the first service after we had been using organic pest control provider 2) staff are professional and friendly. Thorough instructions on prep and after care. Eexplainations on what to expect, how to handle with a toddler and etc.
Definitely knows not to spray on toys like our last provider! 3) supporting staff is knowledgeable and accommodating as well. Not your average thank you for calling please hold kind. Lastly, it is very easy and manage reoccuring services. Highly recommended!

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He advised me that I didn't really need the mosquito bucket for the type of mosquitoes I have in my yard and also told me where I could get free mosquito abatement. He saved me $90 plus the $25 a month for maintenance on the bucket. I appreciate the honesty and the savings so much! I highly recommend Dustin's for all of your pest control needs. I will definitely be calling them again.

Sam was great and very thorough with the inspection. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they have a $350 minimum fee for work. I would have gladly paid the estimated $100 to repair the rodent access points. Could have been easy money. Services: Inspection, Rodents

I bought an older home that had been a little neglected with lots of overgrown trees and a pool that attracted large roaches and water bugs. I heard good things about Dustin Pest Control so hired them for pest control maintenance. I also had them reinspect the home for termites after the first inspector said we had subterranean termites. The seller gave us a credit to remedy the issue ourselves after escrow closed. Well, there were no subterranean termites but there were dry rot termites all along one exterior wall that the first company missed. John was very informative and helpful.
