Marc Corona came out to my mother's house and did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing every step of the way. My dude arrived and left within the window I was given. He was quick and informative. He did not seem as horrified as I was by the state of my house and yard, so that's a good sign! Before he left he gave me a summary of what he found and the maintenance I can do to help prevent pests. I have 4/5 stars because it's the start of my service contract and need to see how effective the treatment is over time. So far so good!

Robert called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Very polite on the phone. Arrived right when he said he would. He explained everything he was going to do/doing and why. Unlike some who perform a perfunctory visit, Robert was thorough and not rushed. Seemed meticulous! Was on his hands and knees on the kitchen floor along the baseboards where he thought ants might be entering. He went through the entire house outside and inside.
Outside he found a wasp nest on the deck that was starting and removed it. Identified points of entry where mice could get inside and showed us. Blocked a hole in our cedar siding and pointed out what needs attention. Inside he continued his thorough work room by room. All floors. Was very personable and professional. I would like to be able to request him for each visit we schedule. I give him 5 stars!

Very professional. The technician explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and what we should expect to see happen in the next week or two. I was also assured if I see any pest "break through" between quarterly services, I can call and they would come at no addition charge. I was also impressed that they came out as quickly as they did. This was my first and only experience with Pointe and it was a good one.

Both visits by Pointe to our place have been outstanding. First Mike and today Joe. Clearly, Pointe has spent the money and taken the time to develop quality employees. Joe was efficient and answered all my questions. Very personable guy and I'd recommend Pointe to anyone looking for a First Rate extermination service. I wouldn't even spend the time shopping. Milton came out to our home and did amazing work! He was very thorough about explaining what he was doing and how it should work. I appreciate the kind professional manner in regards to the work he was completing in our home. He even showed me pictures of before and after his work and what to expect going forward. I really want Milton to keep servicing our home but he let me know that the inspectors after him will have a good idea based on his notes on what to look for which made me feel better. Pointe Pest Control was amazing when they came. Jacob was the tech and he was super thorough and very informative! He conducted a great inspection while training a new employee who was also wonderful and made sure to take care of all our needs! We live by a forest preserve so pest control is a big deal in our neighborhood. Pointe Pest Control was super fast and on time getting here, taking care of the issues and also making sure we won't have further issues. They even got rid of the spider webs outside the house! 150% recommend using them! Great pricing for quality service! Nothing beats good quality customer service by a company who cares!

I was here at my parents house while Robert was servicing their house. He took his time looking at all areas inside and outside to make sure treatment from before did it's job which it did. He retreated everything, checked all traps which were clean. Dewebbed garages. He was very thorough and helpful with any questions. It has been wonderful working with Pointe Pest Control! I have called them twice for two separate concerns, and they have been responsive, courteous, and professional both times. They successfully removed a hornets nest for me and now will be controlling the ants around the house. They were on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all my pest questions. They completed the work efficiently, and gave me sound recommendations for future treatments. I highly recommend using Pointe and their wide array of services.

David with Pointe Pest Control was absolutely wonderful! He made sure to remove all the spiderwebs from around our front door, a place that is sometimes overlooked, as well as completely check the entire exterior. We've used them for years and have been very happy with the service, especially since they keep the wasps from building their nests too big and knock them down regularly. Several of us have allergies to wasp stings, so it's very helpful to have that taken care of!

Abby was excellent to work with on scheduling the service; very professional and friendly. The deal that was offered was an excellent value! Stirling came out the next day to complete the first treatment and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable in pest control. He went over his findings at the end and kept me in the loop. Highly recommend!
