Arrow Environmental Services has always been quick to respond to any of my pest control needs. They notify me 24 hours before they come to do the quarterly service so they can ascertain if I am having a problem they need to address while doing the regular service. The service techs have always been polite and friendly.

A simple request asking that a specific service call be properly documented using the company's customer service forms cannot be fulfilled. Communication with the service tech ended with no results. Escalation to the branch manager prompted promises that have never been kept. Callbacks are never initiated by Arrow. The branch office has now gone silent. A "No Recommend" could have been easily avoided by completing a service form as promised.
Arrow Environmental will never know how many new customers have been lost because they cannot track every social media comment and certainly cannot track DMs, emails, and other private communications.

My daughter signed me up for Arrow Service a few years ago when I was in Indiana taking care of my mother, who broke her hip. My mobile home was infested with fleas and I have guinea pigs and kitty cats. It was a nightmare until Arrow's employee Mathew started dealing with this problem. In a matter of time, the fleas were gone, due to Matthews professional service. Also, Mathew is such a nice person and very courteous.

Having lived here in Florida for many years, most of my years, I can say that pest control is an absolute MUST HAVE service. No matter what you do, those critters come in from outside, and prevention is essential. Arrow does a great job of coming out regularly to provide barrier protection. We bought our house in December of 19 and it took months to eradicate all the little creepy crawlies, as the previous owners.not sure if they were on a DIY situation or what, but with a lake nearby, we had some extra residents that weren't welcome.
The thing I love best is, no matter what, if we call them, they come out, usually within a day or two. And they've treated our home for all the things. It took a few months, but with persistence, a critter sighting is rare and usually only after heavy rains (presumably the barrier gets washed away). I'm happy with the services Arrow provides and our experiences with them have always been positive.
