Fumigating for termites is NO fun, but we definitely picked a great company to handle it. Like other reviewers, we really liked Michael for starters. He was friendly and professional and didn't give a sales pitch. The price was good and Jill in the office was wonderful about answering our many questions about preparation. They were great about coordinating everything to make our departure (with cats in tow) and return as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Prime!

We love Michael M. from Prime Termite! He came out and gave us the quote, and then we requested him to do the job, too, since we liked him so much. He was incredibly friendly AND knowledgeable (a combo you don't always get) and we didn't feel like he was there just to make money. Prime termite was also able to match a lower quote we received from a rival company which was a huge plus and put us over the edge on hiring them.
On top of treating the termites in our detached garage (both injection and spray), Michael was able to complete the wood repair due to the termite damage on the trim of the garage. It was an easy one stop shop for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I called quite a few companies before I got to Michael at Prime. I was extremely glad he returned my call because the conversation was a breath of fresh air compared to all these other companies who try to sell sell sell. Michael was honest with me regarding my plans for fumigation and gave me the best pricing out of all the comlankes. He came to my house the next day to do inspections and It just felt like he made me a high priority which means a lot in todays service. I would recommend Michael at Prime to anyone else that needs termite inspection.

Allow me to save you some time: STOP scrolling through reviews and hire Prime Termite. I'm a neurotic first-time homebuyer and, after extensive research, I hired Prime to do a termite inspection and subsequent fumigation of my home prior to move-in. I dealt with Michael in the field and Jill in the office and they were both extremely professional and responsive whenever I reached out with questions of any kind.
They were flexible with my tight schedule and even helped to think up creative solutions when the city cut power to my house days before we were set to fumigate. These guys have seen it all and can roll with the punches in a calm and professional manner. Highly recommend.

I had a positive experience with Prime Termite and especially with Michael and Jill. Michael in particular was very communicative, happy to share his knowledge, and offered a great client experience. He is a consummate professional who was easy to work with and who I would happily refer to friends and family. I just had my home fumigated so I can only relate my experience with respect to the end of fumigation, but I am happy with my experience so far. Thank you Michael and Prime Termite team.

My husband and I needed to tent our new home before moving in and had to have it done within two weeks. Michael came out to our home himself the day after I called to do a walkthrough and his team tented our home the next week. They were all very accommodating and professional. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them.

I highly recommended them. Professional from start to finish - scheduling the appointment, the inspection and the treatment. Clear communication, everyone more or less on time (or notified of any delay) and a clear explanation of issues and treatments. Our inspector and treatment tech was Michael - nicest dude. Just very very informative profesional and helpful. Thanks.

Michael was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was the most responsive when I was getting competitive bids and had the best price. During and after the fumigation, he consistently communicated with me to make sure the process went smoothly. I would recommend the company to everyone.

We hired Prime Termite after comparing prices and services with other companies for full home fumigation. Not only were they the best price, Michael was extremely communicative. He was even able to work with our super tight schedule so our moving in date wouldn't be delayed. We will be using them again for another property. Highly recommend!

They were very quick to respond with quotes and were punctual. They were able to schedule us pretty quickly for a fumigation and then came out yesterday to put up the tents. They will be removing the tents today and told us to let the house air out for a day. They definitely made the process easier for us and explained the chemicals they used before we started the process. They also let us know what we needed to do before and after fumigation as well. I definitely recommend them!

I needed to have someone inspect the property urgently and reached out to Prime Termite. We'd used them previously on another property, so they were my first choice and I didnt have much time to look around. I spoke with Jack who was very helpful and was able to make some arrangements and send someone out asap. He answered all my questions clearly, was very responsive and delivered as propmised. Within a week we had the inspection and the treatment done. Timing and communication was of utmost importance to me and I'm very happy with the result.
