Logan was extremely polite. He called and left a message that he was running ahead of schedule. First thing he did was introduce himself. After conversation, Logan indicated he was new with your company and, as he hadn't been to our house before, he wanted to fully check the areas to familiarize himself with what would be needed, which I very much appreciated. Bate boxes were empty, droppings and some caught mice were found.
He went to work, finding a hole where mice were coming in, filled boxes, adding and resetting traps, and spraying. He worked efficiently and professionally. Logan is going to be an asset to your team. Send him to our home anytime.

Excellent service. On time. Reasonably priced. Our technician, Charlie Lang, was very attentive to our needs. Paid extreme attention to detail. Noticed damage that we hadn't seen. Nothing but great things to say about Charlie and the team here. I've used debug in a commercial setting for a 216 unit apartment community (preventative maintenance) as well as my own home for flea and tick prevention for 4 years. I live pretty deep in the woods and my dogs have never had a tick on them. Charlie is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I wish we could find someone like him to join our maintenance team.

I hired debug to tackle specific pest issues with my home. I have been using them for about a year now and have had great luck! They've set and checked mice traps every quarter, more upon request. They've treated sugar ant issues within the home, that have subsided since their treatments. As as well seasonal mosquito treatments. Each technician has been punctual, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services

Really impressed. I was finding mouse poop in 2 spots in my home, set traps for about a week with no luck so I was freaked out about them multiplying. I called Debug yesterday. Someone answered the phone right away and they could send someone next day. No sales pitches or anything, just friendly and informative. Charlie came to our house today and after inspecting he said we don't have an infestation, its just one or two mice.
He was so honest and actually said it wouldn't be worth it for us to pay for the service I chose. He gave us advice on how to handle it and showed us some more droppings to address in the garage. He was thorough and honest and I was so impressed. I've never had a company actually advise me that I don't need to pay them as much as I though and then teach me how to handle it myself. For that I would definitely like to give them my business in the future for any pest/rodent needs. Highly recommend.

Debug has been helpful since the day we called them. They were quick to respond and set up a date/ time immediately for our rodent problem and removal of our hornets nest. They have continued to inspect our home for activity and adjust the bait as needed. Nick has given us great advice on preventative measures for the future.
