The only reason I no longer use their service is because I relocated for work. They are hands down, the most customer-oriented AND knowledgeable pest control service I have encountered (to include the my current location). The technician was so friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. After the initial consultation and treatment, all other treatments were exterior. He would always check in with me to see if I was experiencing any pest issues (I wasn't, of course) and then began treatment.

During my time in College Station, I only had one issue- ants! They quickly became overwhelming and the technician rushed out (same day, if I recall) to address the the ants and educate me on how to keep them out. I highly recommend this company if you live in the College Station area.

I wanted to use Venus Pest Company because they are entomology-minded and offer a green/non-toxic service and don't try to make you sign up for a monthly service against your will. I reached out on-line and Jane contacted me by email very soon after to set something up. She worked hard to get me the next appointment available. The technician that came to the house was a really nice guy--Ken. He was on-time and respectful and took the time to talk with me about our concerns.

I could tell he loved his job and was very knowledgeable and dedicated. Thank the Lord for Venus Pest and I am happy to pay for excellent, locally-owned, personable service. The major added bonus is that they offer the Bee Green service to keep my family away from toxins.
