The pest control business has become too impersonal. What I mean is that companies have lost that personal touch in dealing with their customers. Listening to what their concerns are instead of making sure they get that sale at all costs. Sometimes, pest control may not be needed and just educating customers in different behaviors can correct the problem such as "stored product pests". That's the basis of what I do. I listen, inspect, then offer what would correct the problem. I have been in this business about 16 years now.
