Services
Termite Control
Our termite management solutions combine baiting systems and liquid treatments to protect properties from subterranean and Formosan termites. Certified inspectors conduct thorough assessments and implement EPA-approved treatments that target colonies while minimizing environmental impact. With specialized experience in commercial properties and real estate transactions, we provide lasting protection for homes and businesses across the Carolinas.
Pest Prevention
Our Integrated Pest Management programs focus on prevention through structural maintenance reporting, exclusion techniques, and targeted treatments. We address conductive conditions like moisture issues and wood-to-soil contact while implementing customized plans for ants, rodents, spiders, and other common pests. Our approach emphasizes long-term solutions over reactive treatments for residential and commercial clients.
Mosquito Barrier
Seasonal mosquito reduction services protect residential properties from April through September using periodic treatments that target breeding areas. Our technicians apply barrier sprays to foliage and standing water sources while implementing exclusion methods to reduce pest pressure. This service helps homeowners enjoy outdoor spaces while minimizing mosquito-borne health risks in the Charlotte region.
WDI Inspections
Certified wood-destroying insect inspections meet real estate transaction requirements with detailed WDIR-100 and CL-100 reports. Our licensed inspectors identify active infestations, past damage, and conducive conditions during pre-purchase evaluations. We provide accurate documentation for closings while offering follow-up treatment options when issues are discovered during inspections.
Exclusion Repairs
Structural exclusion services prevent pest entry by sealing gaps around foundations, repairing vent screens, and addressing wood-to-soil contact points. Our technicians identify and correct conductive conditions like clogged gutters and excessive mulch that attract pests. These repairs complement ongoing pest management programs by eliminating access points for termites, rodents, and insects.

Report
We have been experiencing an invasion of small ants coming in around the sliding glass patio door. I contacted Les this AM and they came out while I was gone running errands. No more ants thank goodness. I was very pleasantly surprised at their rapid response. Les has been a good friend of ours for many years and I highly recommend him.
