We began using Northeast Pest Control last year and have been consistently pleased with their quick response to service requests, their reasonable prices, and their professional, polite, and knowledgeable staff. I recently phoned to let Northeast know about a small, but worrisome problem with bees on my back porch, and Kenny - the same service person we had last year - came by two days later to treat the problem. Dave was great. He was on time and came within a week of us calling. He came out and actually took the time to crawl around our entire property to inspect it from head to toe. I didn't feel like the inspection was rushed at all. After the inspection Dave was able to recommend what he felt was the best course of action. During the inspection I didn't feel like I was being sold on fear. Dave even was able to work with our budget and gave us the best value for what we were willing to spend.
