Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services utilize advanced solutions like Termidor and Bora Care to eliminate infestations and prevent future damage. Treatments target both drywood and subterranean termites through injections, fumigation, and residual barriers. Safe for homes and sensitive environments, these methods ensure long-term protection while preserving structural integrity.
Eco-Friendly Treatments
Eco-friendly treatments include Bora Care and Orange Oil, which use borate and citric acid to combat termites without harmful chemicals. These non-toxic options protect families, pets, and ecosystems while maintaining efficacy. Approved for use in homes, schools, and hospitals, they leave no residue and require no evacuation during application.
Structural Inspections
Comprehensive inspections examine attics, crawl spaces, and foundations for termite activity, moisture issues, and structural damage. Our technicians identify entry points, active infestations, and potential risks during detailed evaluations. This service forms the basis for customized treatment plans and long-term warranty programs.
Fumigation Services
Fumigation with Vikane gas eliminates drywood termites by penetrating all wood structures. The process leaves no residue, odor, or need for post-treatment cleaning. Ideal for severe infestations, it guarantees complete eradication while meeting EPA environmental standards for safety and effectiveness.
Warranty Programs
Our warranty programs offer ongoing termite protection through annual inspections and preventive treatments. Tailored to property needs, these plans include coverage for re-infestations and structural damage. Over 60% of clients opt for this peace-of-mind solution to ensure long-term home safety.
