I have spoken to several of their employees and have been told by them that they don't pay them properly and they have had a Labor board review and failed it now they are trying to force them to drive from job to job using there lunch time for company travel. The lady on the phone is very rude and even mean to employees and customers. They will never get another$1 from me. Greedy and rude has no place in my house.

When purchasing our home they came right out for a timely inspection. Their monthly pest control service is excellent no critters anywhere. Also the notifications as to their arrival is great and easy to modify. Cannot say enough good things about this company. We have been using Noble for several years now and have been very happy with the results. We have a lot of ants outside and spiders inside. What they use in and around the house is safe for pets and humans and you can't even tell where they have sprayed but you can see the outcome. The staff is very professional and friendly. We recommend they highly.
