My family had a termite issue in one of my bed rooms and jean came out, explained what type of termites species they were and the best course of action. He also noticed ants throughout the house and pointed out where the ants were coming from. they were extremely helpful, we enrolled in their home protection plan to avoid future issues and my have a piece of mind. Very pleased with this company. They are very knowledgeable on insects and we have seen less insects in the house. They went even above to test two types of insects in our home to be sent to UM to find out the best way to get rid of them. Arlene is so nice, we always love seeing her. She always teaches us so much about bugs. What they use also doesnt harm our animals or newborn. Arlene even brought us fresh honey. This company is the best!

My experience with Mega Bee was great! When I first called I spoke with Jade; She was so warm, friendly & attentive to my situation. She worked quickly to get someone out to our property. Within minutes Ben called me & he was so sweet, great communicator & listener! They were so professional and kind and really went out of their way to help us! I called at 12:30 and by 2:30 our bee issue had been resolved! I told both Jade and Ben they were sweet as honey! If you need help with a bee situation I highly recommend them!

I contacted Mega Bee. We had a situation where there were a number of bees in a bush close to the entrance of our home. I spoke with Jean. He came and explained that the bees were pollinating and would be gone in a few weeks. He was very helpful and professional. We would certainly contact Mega Bee again if we had another issue in the future and, also, recommend the company to others.

I contacted them a few days ago about ant problems, they were able to send me a technician the same day, Alejandro arrived, he was very attentive and explained the process to me, the price seemed fair to me, and he was able to do the treatment right there. And so far me and my husband are happy to no longer see ants in the house. We really recommend it 100%

I had contracts monthly with other pest control companies and I noticed they were not doing their jobs correctly and not spraying thoroughly the way they shouldve. For months I had an ant problem in my bathroom and they couldnt find where they were coming from or how to get rid of them. I searched for another company and I found Mega Bee Pest Control.

I would recommend Mega Bee without any hesitation! We had a complicated bee infestation in the concrete wall of our house that required a lot of work and multiple visits. Alejandro and Jean worked very hard to complete the job to ensure minimal destruction to our home. They are a family run business that reflects honesty and humility. I saw a snake and called them. Jean came the same day and helped us not only with the snake issue; but also found out we had poisonous spiders outside.
