Services

General Pest Control

Our comprehensive pest control service targets common household pests including ants, roaches, spiders, and fleas. Using EPA-registered chemicals and modern application techniques, our state-certified technicians provide quarterly treatments that include interior baseboard treatments, attic/garage inspections, and exterior perimeter spraying. Customizable plans adapt to property size and infestation severity while maintaining pet-safe protocols for Houston's climate.

Termite Control

Specialized termite control services include Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections and treatment plans for both residential and commercial properties. Our state-certified technicians identify active infestations and implement barrier treatments using modern termiticides. We offer preventative solutions for new constructions and remedial treatments for existing structures, with detailed reporting that meets real estate transaction requirements across Greater Houston.

Mosquito Control

Mosquito control services combine backpack fogging and misting system installations to reduce mosquito populations in residential yards. Our technicians apply EPA-registered insecticides using thermal fogging equipment for immediate knockdown while installing automated misting systems for ongoing prevention. Treatments target breeding areas and follow Houston's seasonal pest patterns to maintain outdoor living spaces.

Rodent Control

Professional rodent control addresses mice and rat infestations through exclusion techniques and humane trapping. Our technicians identify entry points, implement sealing solutions, and deploy baiting systems tailored to property types. Services include attic decontamination, chewed wire repair, and odor elimination for homes and businesses across Houston's diverse neighborhoods.

Wildlife Removal

Wildlife control services handle nuisance animals including raccoons, squirrels, opossums, and armadillos through live trapping and exclusion methods. Our technicians perform property inspections to identify access points, then implement exclusion barriers while relocating captured animals. Services include attic restoration, den removal, and bird deterrent installations to prevent recurring wildlife issues in residential and commercial settings.

We have had to have McGrath see our home 3 times this year. They treated first for fleas and ticks, then a destructive rat and just recently the dreaded termites. I feel like they are almost family now. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and conscious of your time. After our plague of critters we will use them for all our pest needs and refer to friends as well. Thank You McGrath staff!

Not many companies out there I can say are respectful, courteous and prompt. Highly recommend them to any one who is looking for any type of pest control needs or just advice.

Pretty sure their radio commercials are one of the funniest ones out there. That alone deserves 5 stars
