The service rep (Corey) was on-time, professional and knowledgeable! He gave me added suggestions on how we could reduce or eliminate mice coming into the house! He took his time and was thorough with his work! He allowed me to follow him and ask any and all questions that I had about the service! He came out a second time and was equally polite and helpful!

We used Yankee Pest Control for Mice, Roach and Squirrel control over a period of 10 years on and off, and were happy with the services every time. Whenever we needed to reschedule last minute due to tenant's change in availability last minute, their office was always able to accommodate us without an issue. Louise in the office was always very friendly and patient.
We also liked most of the spray technicians from different times, but the one from today, Dennis McCn was the Best! He was very patient and pleasant, we made some jokes and even had a few laughs and that made all the difference in the visit!

Very professional service. They are always responsive, customer service and follow up is fantastic. They are very reasonably priced for their services (we will be using them a lot this year, unfortunately). The technician who has visited us twice now is extremely conciencious of our pets, which is the most important thing to us. He answers all of my questions and takes his time where we need it. Highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend this local family owned business. I had Yankee Pest Control address a rodent issue at one of my tenants apartments. Cory showed up looking professional and fully prepared to handle the issue. He was very respectful of the tenants personal items and after addressing the rodent issue, Cory took the time to communicate and put the tenant at ease. Home run for me as a landlord. Used them for mice issue in the house. They put traps down inside house and look to see if there's any gaps along the house where they can be getting in. They come every couple months to check the traps to see what bait was eaten and to refill the traps with new bait. But after having this issue a couple times with mice and using them I realize anyone can put their own traps down and look for gaps along your house.
In a way you don't need them for this issue. Kind of waist of money. They didn't notice any gaps and said they could come in from the tiniest hole. The mice kept coming in our house every year. Will use my own traps for this issue going forward. They do a thorough check of your home though.

Dennis the yankee pest control technician was very professional and extremely thorough with finding all available penetrations the varmints were entering our house and took over an hour using steel wool and a foam sealant to plug these holes, he then continued to install baited traps throughout the basement, 1st and 2nd floors. I would highly recommend tanker for pest control

From start to finish, dealing with YPC was a breeze. I dealt with a few nice ladies in the front office when setting up my appointment. When the time came, I needed to speak with the technician because I was running late due to children! They got me in contact with my technician, Dennis. I gave Dennis the review of my issues that I was running into with rodents.
He followed up with me every step of the way and came up with a plan to effectively handle the job. I wish his level of professionalism was common these days, unfortunately it's not what I've found. He even contacted Galvin the owner because he came across a rare issue with my property. Galvin assisted without missing a beat. Dennis has even followed up with me since telling me exact times and dates for follow ups I should expect. It's a breath of fresh air dealing with someone so confident and knowledgeable considering the anxiety I have around this subject. I highly recommend.

Matt was prompt, courteous, informative and friendly. I had never used a pest service in the past. He immediately understood how very squimish I was about the mouse in the front deck. He thoroughly inspected the area and gave good advice for dealing with both the mouse issue and the tiny ants that plagued me in the late summer. Service: Ants

Dennis from the Yankee Pest Control came for a preventative service. He was right on time, inspected the kitchen, basement and garage area and left some traps to be able to track activity if any. Sprayed outside in the back and front. Found a hole/hollow area near the sidesteps and sealed it with foam as a preventative measure. He also explained all the activities that he was doing and why. Great experience so far and will look forward to having him back in a couple of weeks for a follow up visit. Thank you, Dennis.

John Moruzzi was terrific. I had just purchased my "new" house and was shocked to find traces of mice. Then came the ants and a nest of bees in an opening in the house. And crewed wood from termites at one time. He was clear and professional, didn't try to sell me anything but just fix my problem. With knowing the history of termite activity, Carpenter ants and mice getting in I had to do something. Yankee was recommended by a home inspector-I only had inspection done after buying it.
I was not inconvenienced at all. John arrived on schedule and completed the job as efficiently as he did his thorough inspection. I would have been a mess with a house full of bugs and critters but John was great! Many thanks!

From the time we hired your company we have not had any "pest problems". When I asked Cory about the treatment/bait traps he took the time to explain them to my wife and me and we truly appreciated that. This company is wonderful! I hate that we have had to hire you and spend the money - it is quite expensive and I would have been better off choosing your yearly plan because it is less expensive than what I am getting for 3 months. Wish I had known this prior to the contract signing. This said, your employees are wonderful! I spoke with A. in the office yesterday, she was extremely helpful and solved our problem in no time.
