Wow Pest Control

I have used WOW Pest control for the past 3 or 4 years (guessing off memory) now. I have never had a problem with bugs since i started using their service. I like that they text you the day before they arrive to remind you. I do wish they sent the text maybe a week before in case i wanted to change the appointment time or it would allow me more flexibility of being home if i wished to be.

But that's just a thought. A few months ago after visiting my fathers house i noticed a pretty bad bug problem. I asked if he had a pest control service. He did. They came monthly. I wont name them, but i was even there on the next visit to make sure they were actually doing something. They sprayed but i am assuming their spray was now ineffective?

I asked my dad if he wanted to try WOW. He said whatever might help. Kyle from WOW showed up and spent a good deal of time the first visit really focusing on the problem areas. Within 2 months of switching to WOW, i would see 1 or 2 bugs per visit, instead of 20 to 30 during a visit. Now, 3 months later its rare to see a lively bug. I wanted to give a kudos to both WOW and Kyle for helping my dad's place. Offering this help means my dad now gets free pest control as i put it on my card. But, eh i love him and its worth not being assaulted by insects each visit.

We've had WOW PEST CONTROL for quite a few years now and have absolutely no complaints. The technicians are very professional.

For you money this is the best I have seen being our 3rd company used. The quality and consistency says a lot. I have used contractors like orkin that claim to be the best don't even come close. They treat your house like they show up on day one every month. They clean away all webs wasp nest everything not a blow and go service they are thorough and professional.

I am in a new construction in sw bakersfield this service makes a huge difference from our previous pest control company's and they will come back no issue if you need to double down on the bugs. Two thumbs up.

Roger came out today as our regular technician. He was a really nice guy, and very knowledgeable about the pest control business. He did a great job, and we look forwards to having him back.

Excellent service each and every time. I have been a happy customer for the last year and a half. They come to our home 4 times a year and to date I haven't seen a bug in my home. Roger has been our service expert the last few times and he clearly knows his stuff. Their service fits within my budget. They always send a reminder text the day before the service. I have been using this service for over a year, and I am very picky about my time windows and preferences. They have been absolutely accommodating. Today there was a mistake and they weren't able to make my time window. Lance the branch manager gave me a very large discount. Wow is right! Wow Pest Control has been nothing short of AMAZING! We first brought them out to do regular sprays for ants outside. They are prompt and courteous. Then we found rodent dropping inside. My husband and I were so pleased with the pest control service provided by Wow! We had a huge wasp problem with the new home we moved into. The gentleman that came out was so friendly! Although we didn't end up using their services because we were trying to deal with a timely wasp matter, I would call again! They were booked a week out, however, I can tell why. They called me back promptly, gave me advice and even texted me a product I could try by myself. They quoted a reasonable price if they would have had come out. The other companies I called were just quick to try and sign me up for a monthly service instead of trying to help me treat my current situation. I truly appreciate and value companies that put their customers or in my case potential customers first! 100% would recommend!

Wow is the best! Christian does our home for us and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is so nice and polite. Our home was a part of new construction and after we moved in we had an ant problem. Just after one treatment our ant problem went away. Now we make sure we have our service done to keep away all those pest.

It's more about HOW they get your home pest free by providing OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They always send me a text the day before Nick is going to do our service including the hours window he will be there.

I can then text any specific pest situations we're having to them. Which will of course be taken care of by Nick, our tech. NICK will also take the time to check in with my family before he starts working to see if we have any other interior bug concerns. NICK YOU'RE A ROCKSTAR!

I called into WOW pest control after seeing Spiders making their way into the apartment, John sprayed the apartment, garage and front porch and also removed the spider webs! Christian is the epitome of excellent customer service. We are blessed to have him as our tech. He is very attentive and thorough on every service day. You guys really have an excellent person working for you!

Love these guys. They always have a joyful attitude in all they do. They do both inside and out bug control of your home. and one of the times I asked if they can come back after my appointment because of issues with ants making their way into my home (weather conditions changing) and Not once have they complained or told me they've already came and I would have to wait for the next appointment for my home (which my neighbor has complained to me about their pest control company they pay more for and don't get the same kind of customer service). Chris is my main bug guy I've had for a year or more and I truly appreciate him always happy to do the extra work, like bringing down wasp nests or taking the spider webs down on my kids swing set and does a thorough job. I haven't needed an inside bug repellant for a year now. Thank you guys for serving me and my family and keeping us bug free.

Best pest control in town. If you know me, you know I'm big on service. Sam and his guys are easily the best in town at what they do and they do it with a smile. Quick, friendly, and most of all efficient. Had a bug problem and within two visits my problems vanished. Any pest control service from here on out, I'm going with Sam and the guys at Wow pest control!

Update: I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart 4 Sam reaching out to me and for making this experience a positive one it was not my intention to get over on anybody and I do not feel as though they think that now. When i say i want to keep your business you are saving our lives! realize how little your business as a customer means to them when you have a gap in your income. Coming from an individual who is transitioning from student to professional who is self employed as well as employed through another enity just to make ends meet while trying to establish myself i totally get the need to be wise and diligent in regards to finances.

When i spoke to Lance i was told that he could speak to management regarding my request to have someone spray for black widows. I have an outstanding balance of $50.00 and will continue to be charged per the 1 year contract. I confirmed that i will be paying and re-establishing my payments sometime shortly after the 2cd and then when i asked to speak to management I was told "Well i can make most of the decisions." Ok well this is me now paying ultimately for services that will not be rendered. Wow is an understatement.

To look at the entire picture of past payment history to determine any further discretion with business is a pretty common good business measure in my opinion. Who am i to them in a nutshell just a liability. I will say the one star belongs soley to the crew ive seen come to my home they deserve more than that one star. Lance you drove the rest my experience way down.

I can see now why this company has received so many positive reviews. I went with them because of it and now I will leave one myself. I have used Banks Pest control for years, but after a recent rat problem in my garage I decided to switch. The company is very responsive-first with my initial request for a bid via yelp and then with call/text message reminders for my appointments. I've had both a regular tech out to spray and the owner Sam to help with the rat issue.

Both were very friendly and helpful. They clearly know their stuff. Used all-natural sprays the day they came out because of the rain. Set more traps for the rats and fingers crossed we will get them out soon. Pricing is the same as I was paying at Banks but much more attentive and much better overall service.
