Critical: Quality Although Mac was pleasant, he applied two treatments which did not take care of the problem. There was a 6 month guarantee but it was not mentioned to me that the guarantee only included the original and one additional treatment. That in fact is not a 6 month guarantee! Choosing best price is not best choice in this situation! Service: Cockroach extermination

This is the worst pest control company ever! The info and facts they give you are not true and easily checkable from other similar companies. After 3 months of no investigation only refilling traps in the same place, the problem remained. Instead of researching the source of the problem, he only used the same treatment for 3 months. On top of that, he told me "if you want to get rid of rats, move!
You live in an ugly place!" When asked for his business card, he asked " why do you want it! For another client or is this personal?" After following him to his car and being insistent, he reluctantly gave me the card. And still the rat problem remains.
