The Bug Man You may love having guests over, but surely ants, rats and cockroaches are not invited. No one in their right mind would want to come home to fleas. Homeowners don't even want to consider sharing their homes with pests. However, pests are more real a threat than you may think. Pests can be easily spotted during the day, but the nocturnal ones, like rats and mice, are difficult to spot. If you find partially nibbled food, droppings and burrows, those are sure signs of rat or mice infestation. It's scary to think what may be lurking in the unseen areas of your home.

Some pests can be kept out simply by keeping your house clean. But others need to be disposed of with the help of a knowledgeable Kansas City pest control service. A pest control service may use several methods to rid your home of unwanted insects and rodents. What pests need the most are easily available in your home - food, water and shelter. Some insects will even attack your clothing essentially ruining your wardrobe. To ensure that infestations are under control, it is necessary to have an ongoing Kansas City pest control service maintenance program. It will also prevent future occurrences. The service also helps you with tips and suggestions to help prevent new infestations.

He was very friendly and professional, he came out to our house promptly and not only helped us with the project he was hired to do, but gave us advice on a previous termite problem. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of pest control!

As a Realtor, I have referred The Bug Man to many of my clients and family and have had his company do work at my own home. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. I have never had a complaint from anyone I have referred him to. His prices are reasonable and fair and he will always be my Bug Man as well as to many more in the real estate industry.

Non responsive when it comes to honoring the so called "guarantee" they offer on the services provided. We purchased our home and had it treated for termites in November 2021. It is now March and we have noticed an active infestation in the exact spot they treated. When we called to inform them, they have now refused to make it right or come back out and treat again as part of the guarantee. Looks like I'll have no other choice but to contact the Department of Agriculture to notify them of the practices of this company. Let's see if they are more responsive when they reach out. Will update with further news as it occurs.

The office did a great job communicating with me when my service date was rained out. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

I can't say enough about this company and especially about Russell and Jeff. They went absolutely above and beyond in their service. They caught something in the home I just bought that not even the home inspector caught. What they caught is extremely harmful to my little girl who has cystic fibrosis. Now that I know about it, I can take care of it. I am so grateful to them! They will always be our choice for pest control in the future.

They didn't push service on me that wasn't needed. Mike is the greatest.

At first they were good. Jerry said call back in three weeks for a respray at no charge this was on July 5th. Today is August 3rd.m, he came out to say to do a respray.then hits me with a $150 charge! Um what? I said when I called your receptionist even told me it was covered. So he said oh sorry I'll knock it down to $130 as you have to wait four weeks.

So I'm two days short and have to pay. I'll never use them again. Make sure you ask what you are to pay before you get off the phone. Because if they don't say doesn't mean you don't have to pay. This was even after he blow off an appointment that had to be rescheduled because he "forgot"
