Prices are way too high. A small area of gutter fell down and this company wanted a lot of money to put the same piece of gutter back up. This review is not about the service but only about the price quote I received.

Very good service. Showed up right away for our plumbing repair and were able to replace our outdoor faucet for a very reasonable price. Would use again.

Master plumber David, came to the house last week to troubleshoot the leak that I thought was coming from the guest bathroom. He was able to determine that the leak was from the overflow trap for the tub. He explained that it was easy to fix by replacing the gasket and I could save myself money by doing it myself. Indeed I was able to do it myself for less than $5.

I was so impressed with his honest assessment, I had him provide me a quote to replace the tub overflow and drain kit in my master bathroom that had been broken for quite some time. The quote was very reasonable and I authorized the repair. David came today and replaced the broken kit very quickly. He was very polite. He had no issues when I asked him to wear a mask because my wife is immune-compromised. Thank you very much for providing great service. I will definitely keep SWAT in mind for future repairs.

I visited the SWAT website and called them to get information on a termite bond and an exclusion service. I spoke with Mrs. Jackie. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will contract with SWAT for a liquid termite bond and other services.

I highly recommend SWAT services. They do quality repair work and their fees are reasonable. They completed all items needing repair from a home inspection report. Communication with Jessica in the office was great. All workers were professional and respectful.

I have been a SWAT customer both times I've lived in Atlanta (this time for the past 10 years). I've always had a great customer experience with SWAT. I hardly ever see a bugand if I do, they are here and on top of it. Also use their mosquito control, termite bond and wildlife guarantee. All have been incredible. SWAT customer for life here!

These guys came through and did a good job. Worth the money. I haven't heard any squirrels since they completed the exclusion. They do come back and check the traps and make sure they dispose of the pests. I have peace of mind and I sleep much better now that I don't hear the squirrels anymore.

I've used SWAT for several years. They provide great service. Our technician Russell is very professional, informative and nice. The entire staff is great to work with.

SWAT Services did a great job! I called them to conduct a termite analysis and they came out right away. Once done with the inspection they answered my clients and my numerous questions and made us all feel very comfortable. The team then came out and did an in depth analysis where they removed the drywall they talked us through everything they did, found the root of the issue, fixed it and all at a very reasonable price! I will most certainly be using them in the future.

Just found out this company cancelled my service a year ago with zero notice. I thought I was on annual auto pay and they claimed they sent 7 letters to me, along with emails and phone calls. It's funny how I never received any communication. I checked the history of my phone records and emails and found nothing. I do not throw mail away, and went back through 2 years and never received a bill or cancellation notice.

They did admit to trespassing on my property without my permission and took the traps that I personally paid for. I'll keep you updated. Jackie is the person I spoke with. She blamed me for it and said I should probably look for another company. The owner is calling me back. By the way, I have written proof that I've contacted them by email several times and never received a response. I'm very interested in how this goes. Update 6-23 10:06 pm est. Surprise, the owner didn't call. I'm interested in coming on my property without permission and taking something that didn't belong to them is going to be handled. I have receipts where I paid for the traps because my landscaper destroyed a couple and I purchased them. I'll keep you all updated.

Swat completed five projects in my home. They did so timely, with a terrific attitude, and for great value. The clean up after each project was impeccable and they made sure on each project that I was satisfied. I couldn't recommend any company more highly!

I would not recommend SWAT. We had a service technician lie about calling us then the next service technician quizzed my 20 year old on what happened with the previous tech. Really? This is both unprofessional and immature. I made it abundantly clear that I wanted someone to come INSIDE my house each and every time; that never happened after my request.

It was always, "we tried calling. we rang the bell"; NOT 100% accurate statements. They obviously do not value customer service. We had mosquito service with them as well and no one ever came out this year and I never received a call about renewing that service. Their customer service is terrible.

First thought the estimate was a little pricey to locate & repair water leaks from windows; however, SWAT was very knowledgeable, thorough, and exceptionally neat and clean. Additional work needed to repair old termite damage discovered during repair of leak was explained well and the cost was very reasonable. They were even able to schedule work earlier than original plan. Communication w Construction staff was easy and effortless. I would definitely recommend SWAT.

I use them for my termite, pest control, and construction needs. I have been nothing but happy and they have helped so much around the house. The guys who come out are so nice and explain everything. I would highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT MORONS! In 1996 I bought a house in Chamblee, It was inspected by SWAT services. During that inspection, the inspector failed to reveal to me that there was asbestos in the crawlspace. Now, 20 years later, I'm selling the house and the new inspector found 140 linear feet of asbestos. In plain view. Any competent inspector would have seen it.

But not the incompetent imbecile for SWAT. Luckily, I kept a copy of the original home inspection. I called frank callaway, the owner of SWAT and asked if he would address the problem and stand by his work. He said he would not. He was only responsible for the $195.00 I paid for the inspection and he was not going to stand behind his company's work, even though it clearly says on his website that "We are not finished with any job no matter how big or small until the customer is completely happy". frank IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO REFUSES TO STAND BY HIS COMPANY'S WORK. There are multiple, reputable alternatives to SWAT for services.

I am so overwhelmingly disappointed with the customer service of this business that not only will I never use them again. I will be sure that none of my friends or family in the area do either. Poor follow up, poor attention to detail, poor communication and for as much as everybody is SO sorry that they let my place "fall through the cracks, " and that they're sorry they didn't show up for the appointment last week because they're just "SOOO busy!" They weren't too busy to take my money a few weeks ago. They told me I had to pay in advance with a credit card over the phone. so I did. Lesson learned, lesson learned.

Very nice. David from SWAT came to my house 4 weeks ago to spray and I have been very very happy. I have those scary flying cockroaches because we live in a 1950's brick home with a lot of trees around it. Every year during the summer they get in the house and scare us a little. But since I have kids, call me weird, I had always hesitated to use pest control around them. However, I changed my mind to get my house (the outside of my house btw) sprayed when I heard SWAT offered environmentally friendly "green" spray service, "look ma no chemicals".

He treated the outside walls around the whole home, especially around the areas they get in (under the door and the basement). He came out the day after I called and was done within an hour. He gave me some advice about pulling the ivy off the house and keeping the bushes trimmed and trees trimmed away from the home. So far I have only seen 2 bugs since they have been here and if I am dissatisfied before my quarter is up they will come out again. Very reasonably priced.

Jackie at SWAT finally contacted me, apologized profusely for the massive communication mix-up on their end, and expedited the inspection report to me within a few hours.

Previous owner of our house used them for repairs from our home inspection and let's just say quality and responsiveness is less than acceptable. We were told a broken window was on back order and it would be installed when it came in.after being in the house a few weeks I had call them to follow up, was told I had to speak with somebody who wasn't in the office and they took a message.no call back, tried again a few days later, same result.

I was finally able to speak with somebody and get that resolved. Next we had a secondary drain pan on my HVAC system installed, oh boy what a joke.they laid my system in the pan so if it got water in it, my entire ac is just sitting in water.they were contracted to install drain line off the pan too, nope.just have a 90 degree PVC pipe coming off of it.

This was subcontracted to Atlanta Indoor Heating and Cooling - not sure who in their right mind would sign off on this quality of work and be proud of it. Gary with SWAT informed me a couple of weeks ago he would get in touch with Travis at Atlanta Indoor and get this resolved and get the drain line installed. I'm still waiting for that call and the work to be completed.waiting.waiting.good luck using them if you expect a response.
