The new insulation you installed in our crawl space has made a huge difference in our heating bills. Not only is our house much warmer, we pay less every month. We also have the freshest smelling garage and storage sheds in town, thank you for cleaning up after the rodents and for sealing the holes on the outside of the house to make sure they can't get back in.

Seeing the size and number of rodents you captured and removed from my house, further convinces me hiring a professional was the right thing to do. I don't know how we could have done this on our own. Your techs were on time, polite and didn't leave a mess. Thank you for your prompt professional service. Any residents of Alcove at Seahurst, like myself, is being charged for this company's services and all they are doing is making the sprayer make the noise. The kid was instructed to do so by Alcove's maintenance supervisor though, but rest assured. you have bugs and you're getting charged for this company to make a hissing noise instead of doing their job.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Cleared my home for an afternoon appointment and the technician didn't even show up. I had to make plans to be out of the house with my three young children all for nothing.

Extremely well! Henry from Stop Bugging me was very knowledgeable and experienced in termites. He was the 3rd Termite expert I had had since I first saw a few black antlike insects on my desk which I had photographed. I had been stressed since then and hadn't got any resolution from other pest control companies who came to inspect but missed actual termite damage that Henry found. Henry was pleasant and respectful of my home and took the time to explain to me about termites and how the ones I had sighted may have got in from my neighbor's home since no other termites were around since.

He asked me a few questions about my first sightings and the pictures I had taken of these destructive bugs. Henry patiently inspected the interiors as well as the exteriors of my home educating me on termites. He found damaged wooden panels in the attic and the crawl space by termites which may have been in the past absence of any current activity.

Both the attic and the crawl space wood damage were minimal, and I was advised to replace the damaged section which didn't threaten the structure of my home. I found him very honest, who didn't try to impose or sell me expensive termite treatment which other inspectors recommended without termite damage findings. Henry was like going to a doctor who diagnosed my health correctly and advised me for preventive solution. I will definitely recommend Henry to those homeowners who are worried about termite infestation.

I have had their service for years and loved the technicians I have had over the years. In the last 6 months he I have had issues, one appointment I forgot about and realized it while at an appointment up north (I have cameras at my gate), felt terrible called immediately and rescheduled and the technician did not show up (no issue) rescheduled again, great service female technician did fantastic job. Did not get a phone call or text or email and while at an appointment in Tacoma saw a SBM truck at my gate. Called immediately checked my email and text messages and my day timer, no appointment ever scheduled. tried to reschedule and the assistant who makes appointments was very kind and said the would call me back a few days before scheduling.

Never received a phone call. Several weeks later I called and scheduled and day of no show 1.5 hours later called and made new appointment with a different technician as it is appearing there is a pattern going on. Not sure what is happening but very disappointed in a company I have had for several years.

The property management company I work for contracts with STOP BUGGING ME for all of our pest control needs! We are always very satisfied with the results and the convivence. They are on schedule every other week for visits and are always on time. Cody does a great job working with us and the residents agree. We are very happy with our choice in pest control service! :

The service was quick and professional. However, they bill you a LOT more than what they communicate. I was quoted $89 and was billed $325. I tried to call them, email them, etc. but no one is ready to provide clarity on why they charged more.

Mike H. works closely with our properties and always does an exceptional job. He is so polite to our residents and they always give me positive feedback. Mike and the Stop Bugging Me staff are always so quick to put last minute stops on schedule for us. (Which we are VERY grateful for) We enjoy his visits, we are very lucky to have him as our Tech! Thank you for the ongoing exceptional service!

Cody is simply the best. He always shows up with a great attitude- always makes me laugh. He always makes sure I understand what's going on, what he's going to do and how to prevent anything worse from happening. If i ever have questions, he is very knowledgeable and informative on the chemicals he's using and what treatments work best with different problems. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends

Mike H. is the best technician I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I've been working with him for the better part of 3 years and I hope that never changes. I've worked with other technicians at other companies and have been less then impressed. Mike is so nice and goes the extra mile for us all the time. Weather its squeezing in an extra home for treatment or stopping by on a day he's not scheduled to treat our office.

He is INCREDIBLE working with residents! He has helped me so many times explain the details of the service and why a resident is seeing the pest they are seeing. He has helped us in a pinch to many times to count. All of the staff at SBM have been great but Mike is EXCEPTIONAL. I wish I could leave him a thousand reviews because he definitely deserves all the praise he can get!

Mitchell the technician was right on time and very thorough. Excellent customer service, great attitude and really listened to my concerns. His overall inspection found no active pest activity, but his finding of birds in my attic, and subsequent good recommendation both saved me money and ensured that I will use this company again for followup and exclusion treatment. When the technician came out the first time in May 2017 it was because we were having a problem with small ants (sugar ants) in the kitchen area. He was very professional, courteous & educated us on the ants. We then signed up for a year's service where they would come every other month & address any problems we were having inside the home &. would spray the outside perimeter of the house.

It was much cheaper for each visit then the initial visit. We had no further problem after that first visit with the ants inside, however, we were gone for 9 weeks & now that we have returned we have noticed a few, but not near what we had when we called Stop Bugging me initially. They will be back out.

Quick and excellent service. I was happy to have a bee nest taken care of without any fuss and bother. Highly recommended.

Ants were crawling all over my deck & patio. I told them I ha a huge BBQ on the following weekend. They fit me into their tight schedule and the BBQ was a success without ants. The Technician was extremely courteous and provided an education about ants. I highly recommend "Stop Bugging Me"!
