Casey's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. He called ahead of his arrival and came exactly when I had requested. His patience and attention to all of my questions and concerns was greatly appreciated.

They called before the schedule appointment time. I was informed of the problems in a timely and polite manner. My questions were answered satisfactorily. Very pleased.

Noah arrived right on time for our appointment, with his truck loaded down with "pest control" gadgets...he was able to perform our initial service on the spot ~ setting out bait traps for the mice and spraying for wasps. He also crawled under our RV to determine where the mice were getting in ~ there were several spots noted that they can use industrial strength caulking on to seal those entry/exit points. Noah was knowledgeable and polite. Look forward to doing business with your company.

This is the first year I have invested in pest control and I will never go back! I've had huge wasp and spider problems forever and Pro Site has eliminated those nasty little pests. I definitely recommend them.

I called ProSite due to a rat issue. I just had a rat (the 2nd rat in 3 months) get in a partially finished storage / laundry room in my house. A technician, Thomas, was sent out to complete a site inspection, which was extremely detailed and thorough. Thomas gave several helpful tips and suggestions as he worked, and was punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful. I recommend ProSite!

I run a complex with 123 units. Raymond with Prosite came out to bid on and assess one of the worst bed bug problems I've seen. From the moment Raymond walked onto our property he was pleasant and professional. I was very impressed with his vast knowledge of bed bugs and various ways to eradicate them. Once we approved his bid he was very timely in scheduling his first set of treatments. Raymond showed up to the units fully prepared for any issues he may have had to handle for the day.

I was more than impressed that he was actively vaccuming as he was treating the unit. Raymond was extremely thorough in his work and the results showed even after just one day! We discovered a football sized nest of bald faced hornets on our property. After getting stung, I decided a professional was needed. Prosite came out next morning early, sprayed nest completely, then returned as promised two days later and removed nest. The response of this company was exceptional along with full explanation of everything performed by Tom, the technician. I would recommend this company completely.

Ray works independently and performs more service than other companies with 3 or more service technicians. He is patient, kind and genuine in his approach to what can be an uncomfortable encounter for some clients. We had such a great experience with this company. Thomas was knowledgeable, easy-going, and realistic. While we weren't able to get on a plan with these guys it was only because it wasn't in our best interest. After the inspection it became clear that this was an issue we could handle on our own. It was great that we were told that and given some info on how best to take care of it instead of them trying to upsell us. I appreciate the honesty and if we ever have another issue, they will be the ones we go to.

My Grandma passed and my Dad drove to California to be with his siblings and go to my Grandma's funeral. Unfortunately he picked up some unwanted guests at a nice hotel on his way home.
