Before we called, we had a severe rodent problem -- although we didn't know how bad it was at the time! We called Tim, and he proceeded to identify the entry points that the mice were using to get in to the basement. He also found the nest, and outlined a thorough plan to eliminate the infestation. Today, we are completely mouse-free, and Tim also helped us modify our landscaping to discourage future invaders! Tim's professionalism, knowledge and expertise freed our house of pests. We are now on a regular maintenance plan, and still mouse-free!

Tim has been servicing my home for over ten years. He is very friendly, courteous, and provides excellent customer service.We've had some ant nests in the past, and Tim has always taken care of them in a very timely and professional manner. Tim was very knowledgeable, professional & patient answering all my questions over the phone. I was shopping around & comparatively his fees were very reasonable! I had a 'false alarm' (didn't know this was possible until he gave me that nugget of wisdom) so I did not use his services this time around. However, if that ever changes this will be the business I call.

Pest Specialist did an amazing job. I contacted them to remove a huge hornets nest. Tim discovered three more nests as well as a carpenter ant colony and took care of everything. He is very professional and knowledgeable and gave me some helpful tips. Should the need arise, Tim is the only one I will call. UPDATE - I contacted Tim again for something running around in the crawl space. Once again, great job.

We randomly picked Pest Specialist LLC out of a number of other pest control companies in the area and I'm so glad we did! We originally asked them out for general insect prevention and immediately felt comfortable with this father/daughter duo - we signed up for the twice yearly maintenance package and have been very happy with the results. (Bonus, they have a great guarantee on their services!) Plus, my dog and cat love watching them work.;) A couple of years ago, a tiny, rodent "neighbor" found it's way into our home and Britany was out the morning after we called to help evict it.

I have been a customer of Pest Specialist LLC for many years. Tim and team have provided external, preventative treatments twice a year and I have had virtually no ants, spiders or other bugs in my home since. Very easy and convenient. Once enrolled, the team shows up twice a year without me having to remember to schedule them. Tim and team also were able to help rid my house of a growing mouse population quickly and efficiently while keeping pets and children safe. I've been using Pest Specialist LLC for 7 years. They perform a bi-annual service which works great and they've come out to help with specific ant, wasp, and rodent issues. I know if I call with a problem (like the wasp nest we had in our basement wall two years ago - yikes!) they'll get out to the house quickly and take care of things. Highly recommend!

We have been using his services now for almost 25 years and have been immensely pleased with his work. We contract for semi-annual ant and rodent control, and his treatments are extremely effective. At times when we have had acute needs, like hornets that had established a nest, he has come over promptly to examine and remedy the situation. I am certain that without his services, we would have had ongoing problems with carpenter ants. Prevention services are a must around here!

I was lucky enough to find Pest Specialist, LLC a couple of years ago. I engaged their services for preventative treatment, and since they began their automatic service, NO BUGS! Nothing gets into my house-not even the little spiders I would see in the Fall and Spring. They are reliable (I have 2x/year automatic service), professional and pleasant.
What a change from some of the larger companies I had previously used, in all respects (including the fact that their services are actually effective!). Hoping preventative maintenance is all I will ever need, but I am relieved to know that if there is ever some bug or critter issue, I have found a company I can count on.
