Termites
Report
It is tough to spot termites because they live in hidden places. However, they leave a few signs that will alert you to their arrival. For instance, a large termite colony may include flying insects that shed their wings. Also, look for mud tunnels near your home's foundation. Termites damage the structure of your home or other buildings that you may have on your property.
Rodents
Report
Rodents put your home and health at risk. Rodents include mice and rats, and once they enter your residence, the pests are likely to chew and destroy your insulation and electrical wiring. The insulation damage will result in higher heating and cooling expenses while electrical damage can result in a fire. Rats transmit dangerous health diseases like typhus and rat bite fever. If mice enter your home, then they can bring Hantavirus with them.

What a difference between the service we were getting from Terminix and the job that you performed yesterday. I am definitely afraid of all; ALL Insect, rodent, spiders anything that flies or crawls. Edgar, the gentleman who serviced my residence, always approached in a polite & courteous manner leaving me calm & rest assured. He is excellent, knows what's out there even if I don't. If I see signs, weeks later; he has come back. He has come when not convenient to him. Always there job very well done & to see him gives me peace of mind. It's like seeing a friend you long to see.

We've been so impressed with Pegasus! They are kind, professional, responsive, and have excellent customer service. We previously used Aptive and had a horrible experience so we switched to Pegasus. Pegasus Pest Control West Sacramento was quick to respond (same day for inspection - Julio explained what he found, gave a great description of termite behavior, and made us feel very comfortable with the process to eradicate them). Ken and Ryan came out 2 days later to complete the treatment. They were professional, polite, and hard working. Office staff were also very nice - getting us the help we needed quickly. While not thrilled to find that termites were hanging out at our house, we were very happy to find Pegasus Pest Control! We highly recommend them!

Jorge is so nice and so professional. He is upfront about what he sees and what he's going to do. Makes sure that we are safe in the home while he sprays outside and gives us directions on how to navigate around the treated areas. All the cob webs are gone along the house and the fence. Also don't see any earwigs anymore. I would very much recommend Pegasus and ask for Jorge.

We've been using Pegasus for the past six months or so and are pleased with their service! After our yard was overrun with spiders and earwigs started showing up in our house, we set up service with Pegasus. The spider invasion is far improved and the earwigs are in check. My family has been using Pegasus for several years. We have been very happy with the service. We use the regular monthly service. But we have needed their help for special situations, too. They are always responsive, help educate customers and don't over promise. The best part of their service is Derek (the tech in West Sac). In the past he has taken the time to make sure our children and dog were safely inside before starting heavy duty services. He really cares about his customers and we are always pleased to see him coming our way!

Derek at Pegasus Pest Control is exceptional! He focuses on our primary target pests, is mindful of our outdoor cats, and is extremely professional. He has even gone the extra mile to bring our trash cans off the street on occasions when we were not home. Pegasus has been our pest control provider for 20 years and we feel fortunate to have them.

Super reliable and excellent customer service. For my last service, my new front gate was locked and I hadn't yet given them a copy of the new key. When I got home from work that evening, I got a call from their technician telling me that he wasn't able to enter my yard and therefore only sprayed along the outside of the house. He asked if I was home now and if he could come by now to finish the rest of the job. The previous company I used just would've called to reschedule and make no attempt like Pegasus' technician did. I'm so glad I switched to them!

Pegasus is amazing! Really. They work with your schedule and are quick to call back if some reason they are not available. Alma is so professional and excellent at customer care. They are up to date with their systems, so reports were available quickly and efficiently. I had an inspection. Julio was on time, explained what he was going to do, reviewed his findings and gave options. He was so patient with my complicated schedule and ultimately what he discovered will keep our house in good condition for a long time. Thanks Pegasus!
