Thanks to Jonatan Valencia. He gave us a call about a possible rodent problem in our townhome. He was prompt, courteous and friendly, and was very knowledgeble about his work. He took care of our problem right away. We will be calling him again if we need to. Hopefully, not, though!

WOW! It is so great to work with a firm that does what they say they are going to do. Gary and his team have worked on a number of commercial properties of mine. They always show up on time, they guys are friend and professional and the work is completed correctly. I know that might sound like an obvious way to do business, but unfortunately not today.

The best thing about Payne Pest Management is their excellent service and followup. We have been customers for about 10 years and wouldn't think about using another service.

I can't stress enough how disappointed and furious I am with Payne Pest Management. This is the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, NEVER use this company! I manage commercial properties, so I deal with all kinds of business. In October 2016 I received a property portfolio which was acquired from an investor. During the due diligence I received all existing contracts for the property, including one from Payne Pest Management, it was for quarterly pest control service for $120 per quarter. Reasonable, so planned to keep their service. But, when the invoice came I got two invoices.

One for $120 and one for $430 for "Bird Control." I immediately contacted the company and was told that the additional amount was per their contract. I asked for a copy of the contract and one was never given. Due to their poor customer service and lack of proof of their charge, I canceled service in November 2016. Two years have gone by, heard nothing.

I then get a letter stating I owe $1,720 in September 2018! It included one invoice for $120 from November 2016 and three additional invoices for $430 for "bird control". a total of $1,410. They can't even do math. The letter stated if we don't pay in full they will file in small claims. I immediately contacted their office and asked for a copy of the contract showing we owe the $430 per month.

I was told that their manager Gary would call. He did, we spoke. I again asked for a contract showing we owe the money, he said he would get back to me. Instead, I got an email saying if I pay $120 for the quarterly service, they would "hold off on the court process". That was reasonable, so $120 was paid on the morning of September 17th. I mentioned the date because this week, I got a court summons dated September 17th!

So I paid per their request in the morning and that afternoon they still filed for "monthly service" which they had no contract or agreement to charge! They LIED! The amount they filed for was paid to avoid the cost of legal action. So they got what they wanted, to rip me off. So my warning to you. don't contact this company unless you want to get ripped off too!

During fumigation they damaged mine along with other neighbors AC unit and refused to take any responsibility for it. Very unprofessional. I would advise going with any other pest control.

I live in the same complex as Lynn. The informational meetings were great, and I loved the guys. But shortly after fumigation, we had termite activity. I called and was told that the termite droppings were old and were showing up on my windowsill because the building was settling. Two years later, I suppose my building is still settling because I still have termites. Payne, in my opinion, did not honor their warranty.

This company is a joke! They were hired to tent the house prior to close of sale and completely destroyed the roof. They missed complete areas of damage and had to come back multiple times and the work is still not finished. In trying to get them to repair the damage that was done, their response from Pam Sexton was to stop contacting them- they were DONE with this issue. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Our huge 15 building complex was recently fumigated by Payne and while the preparational meetings and instructions were handled professionally the aftermath was not. Many residents upon returning to their units found the windows and patio doors closed up tight despite promises that they would be well ventilated. Also the hallways were still reeking of fumigant despite promises that big fans would be used to blow out the fumigant.

Some of us were actually nauseated by the smell still in the building despite promises that the chemical used is odorless and safe. We feel that Payne simply removed the tents and left without really having their own qualified professionals manage the airing out of the buildings. There are quite a number of us who would not recommend Payne Pest for future fumigation.
