Overall happy with the services & prices of pest control. Only downside was not being aware of the referral program. Our next door neighbor came over to speak with my husband who told him about the services offered etc. & he became interested. When technician was present during this conversation, he offered to treat the neighbors home as well. Our neighbor asked if there was a discount of some sort for being the neighbor & was told no.

After services were completed, we were handed a folder that included a "referral program" flier. He then went on to service our neighbors house. I feel the technician should have mentioned this to us. We're in a contract but as a business owner myself, I feel like all employees should be aware of any company policies or programs offered to customers. ~Sarah

HomeShield have been keeping our house safe from pest for 5+ years. Ran into Joe S today during his visit. Shout out to him! He explained what he found around our house and how he was going take care of it. We've also had their rodent group come by to take care of some bats and gophers. Great pest control company!

Very quick response, professional, informative and thorough. Mosquitoes are a problem for me, (they seem to follow wherever I go) but they have a extensive method on how to address them. I had used Homeshield years ago on my primary residence for a drywood termite infestation. This involved tenting our house. I had a great experience then, so when our rental needed termite work I chose Homeshield again. Jessie, JHair and Harrison spent the day trenching around 2 structures, spraying under one house and drilling and spraying a detached unit.

They did a great job, answered all my questions and were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I hope to never their services again, but if I do they would be the first company I would call in the future. And yes, I had one experience with another big franchise company in the past and was very dissatisfied.

I called homeshield pest control last week with some infestation issues, and they were so kind and very helpful. The lady I spoke with was able to accommodate my needs and she quickly found the best appointment available. Their technician showed up on time he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I was running a Lil bit late for the appointment to open the doors for him, and he waited for me to arrive! I am very satisfied with the service and I will definitely recommend Homeshield to friends and family! Great job homeshield!

We have had two "outbreak" issues over the last three or so years that we have been customers. Both times, we were serviced immediately. Our service is always quiet, on time, friendly, and efficient. We get bi-monthly service and even with outdoor composting we have no pest problems. We get a text reminder of our upcoming services and overall just great service! I bought a house a year ago in October, I live by a field and noticed quite a bit of insects, also I noticed around the perimeter of my house field cockroaches, I hired home shield on the spot, and they've come every month cents on time very professional. I have not seen so much as one cockroach or spider around my home sense. This was the absolute perfect solution for us.

I had a fantastic experience with HomeShield. We had some rats taking up residence in our attic and crawl space. It's very frustrating dealing with your scheduling system to be honest. I have called numerous times about this and spoke to a few different people who all claim they will "put a note in my account" but nothing is ever resolved. I never know when you are coming to check my property - I get a text and an email 2 days before you're scheduled to be here and I never get a time frame.

I likely already have plans that day (they're usually Saturdays) and may or may not be home. Sometimes you show up at 9am, sometimes I'm waiting all day (he showed up at 3pm yesterday!). Since I wasn't home yesterday at 3pm, I get a call from Antonio Scalzo saying he was at my house, so I wasn't there to open the garage or the back gate. For this reason, he was only able to check the bait box in the front yard.

He again indicated he would "put a note in the system" about this, to which I laughed at. I told him "I've already done that multiple times and nothing ever changes, so I just gave up." People do have lives and jobs, and we need to be able to schedule appointments ahead of time. We also need to know WHAT TIME you're arriving so we can plan around that time.

You've been servicing my home for many years now and it's ridiculous to me that you still aren't able to put your customers on a calendar a month or so ahead of schedule. I shouldn't have to call and check what day and what time you're coming, and I should be contacted about that date more than TWO DAYS ahead of time. Most people's lives don't work that way.

We have things planned and need to be away from the house on weekends, and we need to be able to plan for a pest control service in advance. Not 2 days before. If you can't update your calendar/scheduling process you really need to be better at contacting your customers MORE THAN 2 days ahead of their scheduled day. I have stopped staying home on Saturdays to wait for your employees because it ruins my weekend plans. Like I mentioned, he didn't show up until 3pm yesterday - was I supposed to cancel all my plans and just sit there waiting!? Please do better. This is really frustrating.

Mr. Mobley has performed work for me over several years. He has saved me thousands by giving an honest evaluation on services needed. Even advising on issues pointed out by other companies that were not necessary! Quality work, Quality company and Person!!

Honest guy all the way. I had some flying insects in my house and was afraid of termites. Had one major company tell me they were termites, without finding anymore evidence in attic or in or around the house, but admittedly he had to confer with his home office first as he was not 100% sure. Then the next 2 opinions from other companies were that they were flying ants and gave exact reasons for why they were not termites.

One of them was the termite inspection company from when we bought the house and recommended Fred to confirm any issues and to see him first if services were needed. Just FYI the two big name companies I saw both recommended 1500.00-2000.00 treatment programs right away. One said for treatment one said for prevention after seeing some very old damage by my back fence that was no longer active.
Fred showed up the day after I called for free and was courteous informative and knowledgeable.

He assured me that they were not termites and even to my surprise recommended ways for me to take care of potential future issues myself. He was very honest in his opinions of what pest control really means for people and that it has it's place but that is not for every place. He carries a hammer and sees more than nails, and I really appreciated that 100%. See him if you need any pest services, I always will.

Mobley Pest Services quickly solved a big rat problem in my house and is now doing my monthly home service. Mobley Pest could be reached at anytime and I felt they took all my concerns into account. They made sure my pets were safe along with my ranch animals. Mobley Pest Services have already found and taken care of wasps nest's among other things I had no idea about.

My house is in good hands and I feel it's more protected now. The cost have been very affordable and the results are amazing! Nothing would get these rats out of my house until Mobley came!

What I love about Fred is he is very effective at taking care of pests. But what makes him unique is his willingness to not take your money. Sounds strange, but he will counsel you to not waste money on problems that are likely to fix themselves.
