I was hesitant to sign up with them but they saw insects nesting that I never noticed and it made sense to have them take over so I don't have problems. Ryan and Ice were very personable and educated with their service. Ice was very thoughtful and explained everything she was doing. Can say enough about the quality of service I got from the Pointe Pest team. Kyle responded quickly to my initial request for an inspection and quoted me on the spot for the treatment required to deal with my termite infestation. The quote came in very reasonable and a visit was scheduled the following week. Tristan and Dylan were fantastic to work with and spent extra time helping me to understand the lifecycle of termites so that I can better understand preventative measures for the future. Grant and Raymond were awesome. Showed up on time with smiles on their faces. When I made the appointment the hours were between 8-10 and they were wrapped up and on their way in an hour. So my morning opened up for me to work on other chores and errands. Thank you again! 5 star review x100 for both of them! I just had my 30 day follow up with Crystal and she was fantastic.
Super helpful and was able to find some ants that I didn't even know were there. She sprayed for those and box elder bugs which have been plaguing my yard forever. Since I've use Pointe I have seen a significant decrease in the box elders and other bugs. Crystal was on time and super fast so I was not waiting around to close up my yard. 5 star review x100 for Crystal too :

This is absolutely a five star operation! I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem. Kyle came to our home first for a free inspection and yesterday two technicians, Joe and Grant came to do the initial treatment for an ant infestation. All three of these men were personable, professional, and thorough. Grant and Joe spent an hour treating all of the interior and exterior areas of our house, and we were pleased that the solution they used was non staining and odor free. We look forward to a follow-up treatment a month from now.
