Monthly Perimeter Service

This is quickly becoming our most requested maintenance service. For those with medical issues, small children and pets, this approach utilizes pesticide inside where we live and breathe only when necessary. Most of the insects originate from outside, therefore we make targeted applications to the perimeter of your home on a monthly schedule. This also eliminates the need for appointments making it ideal for our busy day to day lives. If inside treatment is necessary, it will be performed at no charge to you!
Quarterly Service

The quarterly service was yesterdays most popular. It still works well and is still used by many. With this program, we come out every 3 months and treat inside and the outside perimeter of your home. Inside treatments need to be performed in the high pressure areas, such as kitchen, bathrooms and garages. Some customers still request that we spray all baseboards and that will be done at customers request.

We had a different group (Bugs Burney) come the year before Lady Bug did. They apparently "fertilized" the termites because they were twice as bad the next year. We called Lady Bug last summer. They showed up promptly, were very professional, and treated all around the house, putting down bait. We have not seen a single termite this year, and they are usually swarming by now. I highly recommend them!

The sweetest lady came to our house and did our initial inspection and treatment immediately following us moving in. She explained problem areas, what they were doing to help and what we needed to do to correct any issues. Polite, respectful, informative and efficient. Pricing is fair as well and they provided a discount to me as a nurse.

Owner took time out of his day when he was not scheduled to be available. Walked my wife through an identification of a bug found in our vehicle and gave an honest recommendation of a couple options. Option we chose did the trick. Thanks for a simple, affordable solution that was safe for child cargo!

The workers are Rude! The guy that came to my house the last time was very disrespectful to my 10 year old daughter and mother in law. Left my debit card with my mother in law expecting them to ask for it and take the payment. The payment never drafted from my account. They sent me a letter over a month later stating how much I owed. Had them come out 3 or 4 times and would have to call them back before it had even been 30 days because we would find spiders and mice, they placed sticky pads behind my stove even after I told them not to because I think its mean and wrong to make a mouse suffer like that! I had to save the mouse that was stuck so he didnt sit there for days waiting to die. Not a good company to do business with for sure!

The staff on the phone was friendly and helpful, giving me tips on what else I needed to do after having my yard sprayed. I felt like I knew what to expect even before they came out to my house. Then the tech that came out was very knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I felt went above and beyond what I expected. The price was very good, I felt there was vaule in the money I was spending.
I didn't feel pressure to buy more services then what I really needed, which was refreshing. A few days after I recieved a thank you card in the mail. Something so simple let me know I was a vauled customer. I highly recommend Lady-bug Services to everyone!
