Integrity Termite The company was established in Signal Hill, California in 1995, and has since offered nine years of competitive service and excellence to thousands of customers. Although a large majority of our business comes from real estate transactions, much of our work is generated from referrals.

Unlike larger commercial companies, INTEGRITY TERMITE offers fumigations and structural repair work, as well as local treatments. Since we perform all of our own repairs, you no longer have to search for carpenters to do your construction work. We also specialize in stall showers, decking and bathroom floors.

You did work for us 2 years ago. Treated out house for termites. No problems. Last year you tented our garage and rumpus room for termites. 2 months ago we saw termites in the rumpus room same place as before. My husband has left 4 messages to have someone check it out bc it's still under warranty. He has yet to have any of his calls returned. NO ONE HAS RETURNED CALLS!

I try to be very fair with my reviews as you will see in my other reviews. Every once & a while my disappointment in a business "doing the right thing" is great enough that I must take note. Today this is the case with Integrity Termite. My opinion is not based on termite repair quality itself. I just accidentally came across this company so I would not know that yet.

My disappointment lies in owner policy. Sean Driscoll believes entitlement to payment for older (once paid for by another) information that would take very few minutes for his team to provide. It is not even about the $20 cost of that payment as much as it is the principle. As a provider of business I understand that there is cost to doing business and none of us survive in business if we do not charge for services at some point and in some way.

That stated, I always take calls and offer information that I will never see money from directly. I do it because it is the right thing to do. I do it because customer service has a value that goes far beyond the return of charging for "minor" information. Maybe the consumer will not buy themselves, but maybe they will OR maybe they will refer others because of great customer service.

I guess when customer service is not valued, the loss can be difficult to measure by a single instance. This was an unfortunate first business encounter for me and I can tell you the business I do often refer will most definitely go elsewhere. I hope any business you do with this company will go better than my first encounter!
