Very informative and accommodating. We apparently had a termite swarm we thought was ants. Your company was the only one who helped and answered the phone and got someone out quickly. I appreciate that but was not fully happy that I had to prepay and sign paperwork to have your guy spray and treat for me today and finish up Monday. I understand you want me to commit to the termite treatment but to be insistent before spraying to help is unnerving and stressful especially after just finding out about having termites.
I contemplated on lessening the review to a 4 star because of this but my wife disagrees and said that no one else would have even done anything today and just made us wait until Monday. Anyway, your technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He made us at ease and feel comfortable under the circumstances.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! Mellissa (she is the key person when interacting with the public) is FABULOUS!!!! We just had a in depth conversation about their lawn service. We have used them for our pest control and Dimitri (our great pest guy) told us about their lawn service so we called Melissa. She was wonderful she expalined in detail their services, answered all our questions (we had a ton of them) was patient and so friendly when we re-asked and asked for more information.
What a great asset she is to Imperial pest. Every one we have interacted with at Imperial has been so friendly. They come immediately of we call them, they have excellent competitive pricing and they are a real down to earyh company. Melissa knows her stuff, she had all the information about bugs, lawns, pests, termites, and understood pur concerns.

We have fire ants and grubs and all kinds of creepy crawly things. My husband would put down granules but the next day the fire ant mounds would move somewhere else in the yard. I finally convinced him to try Imperial and so glad we did. They call before they come and since we have been on a regular schedule we have no fire ants and my plants are finally growing! I highly recommend them!

Although pest services is not something that you want to need, it was great to find Imperial. Everyone from Melissa in the office, to Chris the tech who came out and treated our house were very knowledgeable and professional as well as very customer service oriented. Customer service is a lost art form in today's world. It is very refreshing to find a local company that still believes that customer service is key. We will be using imperial for all our needs going forward as well as referring others to Imperial.

They are very thorough. Any issue I have had with insects or rodents in the attic, has been dealt with quickly and successfully. The technicians who have visited have always been very friendly and able to answer all my questions. Also, the phone receptionist is great and seems like a very nice person. I own a full service real estate brokerage and have been using this company for years. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their business (customer service, pest treatment, answers any questions we have, etc.). This team understands the importance of treating their clients extremely well. They always have time to answer our questions, treat our properties, and attend inspections. They don't price gauge and they show up when they say they will!

I chose this company after reading their responses to customer reviews. The owner provides reasonable, professional, and well-thought responses regardless of the rating. The technician who came to the house was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My only complaint is the additional cost to treat the attic wasn't addressed until the technician was here.
All things considered it's not that big a deal and I paid to have it done. Before the attic was treated the technician advised me to turn off the dehumidifier I have located there to avoid any possible damage which I really appreciate. When he was done I was advised to give it a week and if we still had problems he'd return at no extra cost. Within four days our insect problem was gone.

We were looking for a new pest control company to take care of our quarterly services, because the company we were with kept raising their prices. After calling several companies, we decided to go with Imperial because Rachel was so nice on the phone, & quoted us a great price. The tech always calls ahead of time with an ETA, confirms the type of services that needs to be done, & asks if there's any other issues he needs to take care of while he's there. I definitely recommend Imperial for any pest control issues you may be having!

I have use Imperial pest service for now going on three years. My first call to them was due to flea infestation inside my home. They responded immediately, gave me a fair price and the fleas were gone on their first treatment. They worked with me on my schedule, call me ahead of day of service. I am a happy customer. We recently used Imperial Pest Prevention to provide a termite inspection and protection on our new home and I cannot recommend them enough! I have been especially impressed with the wonderfully helpful ladies who run the office (I worked with Rachael and Melissa). They were both incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions, and just generally super pleasant to work with.
I was also very pleased with how quickly we were able to schedule our inspection and how thorough the report was. I would definitely recommend their services and am looking forward to using them for all of our pest needs going forward!

Imperial pest control did a great job for us while out of state. Only being part time to Florida our rental in Daytona needed some attention after our renters told us about an ant problem we did not know we had. The lady on the phone was great and got a spray guy out the same day and discovered a roof leak with rotted wood where the ants were nesting. We were able to get it fixed and the ants killed off.

This company did my wdo inspection and went over their other services. Definitely one stop shopping with great prices. Imperial currently sprays my lawn for pests and does my house inside and out. The technicians are always very friendly. The staff who answer the phone are great to work with. This company is very professional and great customer service. When I have issues they are quick to come out and address.
