Called and made an appointment, they gave a 4 hour window. Waited the full time, tech never showed. No call. I tried calling back and no answer. Finally got through and was told tech said no one was home. He lied. People answering phones are at home independent contractors, they don't work for the company exclusively. Real shady operation.

I called and set up a appointment and couldn't make it, they rescheduled it for me in a snap of a finger and then sent a tech out. Chris (tech) was such a great guy and very knowledgeable. You can tell he takes what he does very serious. Hard to be companies with great team members.

***** UPDATE ***** Harvard has reached out to me via PM. They wish to apologize ( over the phone ) and say they will use this incident as training. Let's start with - Are you selling the house? Are you the buyer or Seller? Is this for VA or? type Loan? My review Stands. To me all this company cared about was "sticking it to" the. sellers; they were going to save the buyers ( my husband and I ) from the big bad termites that aren't there; using 5 yr old pictures to promote that scare tactic. ******* Original Review *********. In the process of buying my forever home in MS. Had this company come out to do the required VA Home Loan pest inspection. Not even sure where to begin.

I gave up my Saturday morning to wait from 8-12 for someone to show up! At 1145 I decided to call to see when someone would be around. Well, apparently the "manager" left me a voicemail right after I got off the phone with the booking lady on Wednesday. Yet.didn't follow back up after not having heard back from me?!?! Very poor business! I wasted my entire Saturday morning waiting FOR NOTHING! Thanks Havard. You just left a very bad taste in my mouth. I'll go find someone who actually wants my business.
