I am a very satisfied customer of the company. After 2+ years of service, i have not had a complaint yet. I feel the yearly fee is fair and competitive to other pest control companies but, unlike other companies, Earl makes you feel as if i am his only customer. I am always promptly reminded of when it's time for a service and have never been charged for any in between visits that may have come up. I appreciate the quick response time as well when I have needed Earl to take care of those pesty Tennessee ants! Might I also add, this is the first summer I have not had one in my house!

If you don't want to get scammed stay away from franklin pest control! i paid for termite work by the owner "earl" the work was not completed at all, yet he charged my card for services! I have made contact with the state of tn agricultural dept to report this company
