Nathan is awesome to work with. He has been reliable and consistent. He is professional and very knowledgeable. Nathan is very helpful and happy to answer any questions I may have or to give suggestions. The company's customer service is fantastic. They always email in advance to remind me when Nathan will be on site. If I email with any follow up questions they are very quick to respond. This is a great company and they do a fabulous job!

Best pest control company around! They have the kindest most patient and understanding staff! Have used them a few times at different homes and they are the best! The owner is wonderful and hires awesome trustworthy hardworking staff! Won't use anyone else!

I hired Environmental Pest Control for rodent control. The office staff members were polite and professional. Marc and Matt are our field techs, they are knowledgeable and punctual.

The entire team at Environmental Pest Control was amazing! I called to report possible bird nest in my attic space and they came out the next day. Jeff was great. He walked me through the process and how to handle the situation. He even checked in the following week. Great service and I highly recommend. Most importantly, they were on time! I hate when companies give a 3-4 hour window but they were precise with their time and I didn't feel as though I wasted my entire day waiting for them to show up.

We recently moved to the area to find some unwanted tenants (yellow jackets) taking up residence in the front porch area of our home. My husband called Environmental Pest Control and they were able to come out quickly and completely take care of the problem. I am so sorry for my previous rating error. You are correct. I had confused you with a different company. You have always provided us with excellent service, and deserve a perfect rating. I especially appreciated the extra help last week when your technician removed a wasp nest from my pickup truck around the gas cap. It was an unusual problem and he quickly and efficiently resolved it. I would recommend your company to everyone.

I called and asked about having someone deal with a yellow jacket problem. Nathan showed up the very same day and took care of them. He was super easy to communicate with, and explained his process which was basic but effective. The best part was, I didn't have to deal with it and now I can relax in my yard again! Great company! Everyone is good to deal with! My overall experience is well described in that they are professional, prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and stand by their work. From beginning to end, and no matter what the problems have been, everyone has done a prompt, professional, courteous and good job.

I wasn't sure of the pest situation of our new house, so I worked with Environmental Pest Control to see what we might be dealing with inside and out of our house and shop. Matt has come out to check bait boxes for us and he is friendly, honest, and very willing to explain anything to you. I was very impressed when he did his initial walk around of our house because he then walked me around and showed me places that mice could possibly have access into our home and told me how we could fix those. Matt also recommended we stop treatment after the initial 3 treatments, so I felt there was integrity in his recommendation. I did go ahead and get one additional treatment just to be sure, but I appreciated his recommendation and all his hard work.

Great experience. Environmental pest control sent a technician the same day we called to inquire. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They found and removed a dead rodent in our very constrictive crawl space within 30 minutes. They also identified and photographed possible areas of access to both the crawl space and attic. We had a very reasonable bid for rodent exclusion by the next day. We are looking forward to having our rodent problem under control quickly.

I called Environmental Pest Control around 2pm, asking for help with a pretty big infestation of wasps around my house. No more than 45 minutes later, Matt and Justin arrived, suited up like nuclear technicians, and took care of several nests within an hour. Great job and informative, too.

After more than 15 years living in the rural county, it was probably inevitable that we'd eventually have an uninvited visit by the local mice. The folks at Environmental Pest responded promptly and professionally to our need. Their technician Nathan performed an inspection, clearly explained his findings and presented us options for action. He patiently answered our questions and all of this was done forthrightly, with no shyster-like high pressure.

We found his estimate for service reasonable and hired the company. Within less than a week there was marked visual improvement in the situation. Soon the problem was under complete control, if not eliminated. Happy to recommend Environmental Pest Control to anyone needing similar services.

My husband and I have been using Environmental Pest Control for several years now to control mice. Their services have made a big difference. Matt, our technician, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He's offered suggestions for reducing access, and we no longer have mice making it into the house. He also lets me know if he notices new activity, or if the activity has decreased. The cost is very reasonable, and Matt is extremely reliable. We plan to continue using Environmental Pest Control, and would recommend them to friends and family.

I give them 5 stars! when I first call them the person who answered the phone was very nice and courteous. My Tech was Matt, easy to talk to and thorough. very knowledgeable. definitely will recommend them.

Environmental Pest Control took over from our former exterminator. They have been spraying our home routinely for ants. Two days ago I noticed a stream of ants pouring in from the kitchen. I called them to come and resolve the issue. They said that they could come in a week. I said that they didn't understand, this was more than an ant or two, this was twenty in the last 5 minutes.

They still would not come to the house. I asked why we had ants in the home when they were spraying regularly. She became defensive and said that I had asked for ant control and they spray in May and September. No help. They don't stand behind their work.

Environmental Pest Control helps us keep the rats and mice out of our farmhouse. (the rodents had taken over the unused basement). Matt Stadelman is the technician we work with . We love Matt. Great guy to work with. The company is very reliable and set us up on a bi monthly schedule to keep the critters out. Thanks Environmental pest control. We'd recommend you to anyone!

If I used Yelp definitions (5 stars = As good as it gets, 4 = I'm a fan, 3 = A-OK, 2 = I've experienced better, 1 = Methinks not) then I would rate my experience with Environmental Pest Control a 5. I needed a pest inspection and Tony was really excellent. I have nothing against younger techs but Tony has been doing this for 30 years and you can tell he really knows his stuff.

He was super thorough and meticulous. He went around the house and into the crawlspace and found some old rat droppings but nothing new (a relief) and then he took the time to explain preventative options to me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't really need. The admins were very helpful and responsive as well. I don't give out 5 stars much but this was a 5 because I can't think of how I would have improved what EPC provided to me. They will be my go-to company for any pest control issues in the future.

I found a swarm of yellowjackets outside my house, so called for help. The first try, spraying into the siding from the outside, didn't get rid of the nest inside the siding, but they came back and drilled and sprayed from the other side of the wall, inside my garage, and sealed the holes afterwards. Inspected my attic to make sure they hadn't gotten into it. No more yellowjackets. Reasonable price and no charge for the follow-up visit. Friendly technicians and owner, as well as brave, getting swarmed by angry yellowjackets.

During the long weekend we discovered a yellow jacket nest in our attic.and they were making their way into the house through a hole they'd made in the drywall. It was terrifying.straight out of a horror movie. We called them right after they opened Tuesday morning and the lady I spoke with in the office was super helpful. She let me know they were pretty packed after a long weekend but she'd see what she could do. Got a call back shortly after that they could squeeze us in that day. The tech was really friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through our options and got the nest removed. Cleaned up after himself, too!

These people are awful. Refused to honor their contract, & are astonishingly rude on the phone, Avoid.

I hired Environmental pest control to take care of the insulation under the house. They took out all of the old insulation and vapor barrier and installed new stuff. They arrived to my house as we were getting ready for school and work. By the time we returned home for the day, they were done, gone and cleaned up after themselves so well, you couldn't tell that they were even there. They are also dealing with the critters that moved in under my house as well. Great work. Good price.

The installers were good and helpful, but management was inflexible (to the point of rude) and oddly left something obvious out of our bid, then did nothing to correct the problem when we noticed it was not done. Would not use them again.

Stay clear of this poorly run company. Unprofessional, shoddy work. They came out 5 different times without success to finish a small (less than 400sq ft) job which in the end I completed myself after no results. The guys who cleaned out the attic space wore no protection except a thin paper mask. They left a lot of insulation/animal droppings behind because they were not equipped with the right tools for removal or were just too lazy to do it correct the first time. Go with Arrow insulation instead, WAY better results.

This was one my best experiences with any service company. My bee nest was in a hard to reach space, so it took a few attempts to rid my house of these pest. Jason was professional and communicated better than most and he always kept me informed of his status. The big boss even came by to see how best to get the job done. I was charged one fee and not for return trips. They didn't quit until they were sure that the job was done. Very impressive#

I had asked for 3 things. From both the office when I scheduled the appointment and from you when we spoke on the phone. 1. an estimate on bird exclusion. 2 check and see if there were birds currently nesting in the attic and remove if there. 3. an estimate on insulation. You did one of 3 things I asked for, which was the whole point of me bothering to write a negative comment.

When we discovered a huge hornet's nest hanging outside our Master bedroom window on the third floor of our home, we were needing some help fast. It was a Sunday, so I did leave a message hoping that they would call us back when they opened the next day. They did! They called by 10:00am Monday morning and gave me a range of how much it will cost, and arrived the very next day. Steven Hunt was our man as he geared up in his "space suit" and conquered all our hornet and wasp's nests.

He was so friendly, and so professional and really made the whole experience somewhat positive considering there are wasps and hornets flying around. Thank you Steven! One of the nicest guys we have met here in Bellingham in a very long time. : Highly Recommend.

I called this company over a week ago for what is suspected to be a mouse problem under my house in my flooring, no mice presence in the house itself. The noises at night are driving me crazy and they came out and placed poison bait in several locations saying that after 14 days they will remove the bait boxes and the dead mice. The person that came out told me that realistically the poison should take effect in 4-5 days.

After 7 days I am still hearing mice and asked them if they would come check the boxes to see if the bait is being taken.(why wait 7 more days if not being used) they have refused. Stating if they do they will have to charge me. I am 15 minutes away from their office (BTW: they also charged me a fuel surcharge of $3?) and checking would take just a few minutres.he even told me he had time to do it but would have to charge me just to look and ease a customers mind.

Not the kind of customer service that I expected. I am not an expert in this area but at least wanted some assurance that we were on the right track. I am now waiting another 7 days and hoping the bait will work or we will have wasted 14 days and need to try something else. I will update this review after that time and hopefully be able to let you know my problem has been solved. We will see.but for now poor customer service in a tight economy is not the way to maintain and grow a business. I do know that much. Concerned
