I called several pest management services and Dynasty was by far the easiest to work with, most straightforward, and most responsive! They made sure I understood the terms of service before accepting. Their prices are also better than the others in the area. We had them spray for some of our tenants in a complex and we heard nothing but good reviews! I truly recommend Dynasty!

Im so glad i came across this service, it was amazing and effective! Super nice CS reps and amazing worker! My outside dog was infested with fleas and they managed to make their way all the way IN the home, i mean it was unberable. The fleas were the worst and the itchiest bites. The 1st time the house was serviced, most did die! The house still had an opening under so the dog kept going underground and catching fleas slowly again. After like a week the worker came back out FOR FREE WITH THE WARRANTY and thats all it took! Amazing price. I HIGHLY 100% RECOMMEND!

I started using Dynasty Pest Control in October - and signed up for the year round service because we were seeing ants and roaches in our townhouse! Jimmy came on the first day, and he was so friendly. He explained the process and answered a lot of questions for me. He's been back twice, always on time, and we haven't had any pest concerns since! Very detailed in the way they do things. The technician took the time to walk me around my house and explain everything he is going to do. I have young kids and a dog and was worried about the chemicals. He reassured me of the products and took the extra time in it. I asked questions about other services they offer, he explained it and was NOT pushy in me doing the things right away! Will defiantly use this company again.

We just moved into a new home and Dynasty Pest worked us into Mr. Dyer's schedule early so that our pest concerns with the new house were addressed timely. Mr. Dyer arrived for our appointment on time. He was kind to our pets, curteous and quiet while my husband and me worked, and he addressed every concern we voiced (and then some). We're very satisfied with the service and look forward to seeing him again soon.

We've been using them for the past 3 months and couldn't be happier with the service and results. One side of our house faces undeveloped wooded area so when we first moved in, needless to say, we were getting mauled by mosquitoes within a couple of minutes of stepping into the backyard. We signed up for the In2Care system plus monthly fogging treatments and now I don't remember the last time I got bit out there.

Other than the great results, their customer service has been top notch. They always come to the front door before a treatment to let us know they will be on the property so we aren't alarmed. This last service appointment, Brian came to the door at the end to warn me that because the wooded area was being cleared, we might see temporarily increased mosquito activity in the next few weeks.

He reminded me of their guarantee and that he'd gladly come back to re-treat the property before the next service date if needed. They have my business going forward and I will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you Dynasty!

We love Dynasty! Zach is so friendly and has the utmost professionalism. He's super thorough throughout the house and outside and we beyond appreciate that with all the bugs coming out with the weather. He's always okay with explaining or answering any questions. I hope we get him every time we need service! It's not common anymore to find employees like Zach and Dynasty should make sure to do whatever it takes to keep him on.

The whole experience was quick and easy from setting up my appointment to the completion of service. I called dynasty pest due to quite a few American roach sightings in my kitchen and was immediately scheduled 2 days out. That was definitely the fastest service date I found by far. Taylor answered all my questions and was extremely thorough. I will be using this service again!

Had Dynasty out again this time for wasps. I knew I wanted to use them but for fun I did a quote request on Yelp to see if anyone else would jump out as better. Other companies' responses: Please send us a bunch more info (most of which was included in the quote request), tell us the square footage of your house, etc. Why, so you can upcharge me if I have a big house? It's a wasp's nest outside, you don't need the square footage of my house Not Dynasty.

They replied immediately, gave me a starting price, told me what they will do, and were here within 24 hours. I'm still getting replies from businesses from yesterday replying to ask me for more information so they can give me a quote, and Dynasty has already come and gone. Garrison was great. Each of the technicians who have serviced our home including Garrison and Zach have always been very professional, polite and on time. We have a quarterly service plan and seems to work great.

Great company to work with. Dynasty is always flexible, punctual and professional. Mark is our technician and he is great! He is always very professional, thorough and willing to share his vast pest control knowledge with us when we ask questions. He also is friendly with our dogs! We have a large puppy that can scare some people but after Mark finishes treating our home he is always willing to help us with the "greet" command! I've been using Dynasty for almost 3 years now for quarterly treatments and I would recommend them to anyone.

Garrison was the best technician I've had! Knowledgeable and personable too. He had a run in with a hidden wasp nest in the backyard, took a sting or 2 like a champ and destroyed any remnants of the wasps. That man needs a raise!

Great, excellent, professional, smart, tremendous, top notch. these are all terms frequently used to describe me. But a great many people are saying they could also be used to describe Dynasty Pest Control. Showed up on time and were friendly and knowledgeable. Proactively keeping pests away from your house BEFORE you have a problem is what smart, vigilant leaders do! You need a wall (of pesticides), people!

I bought a house 3 months ago and had a couple of issues when I first moved in. I got quotes from a couple different places and Dynasty beat the others by a long shot and I thought it they are doing the same thing I might as well go with them. Great decision because they not only took care of the problem but got in to take care of it sooner than anyone else AND they are saving me money. Glad I found Dynasty, I have had no issues since:

Very satisfied! Scheduling was super easy and the owner himself came out to do both the estimate and our first treatment. Cost was surprisingly affordable. We've already had our first follow up and the specialist that came out was very friendly and professional. And most importantly, all the pests are gone. In fact, we had an ant problem (very hard to get rid of) and within 2 days of treatment I never saw another one. That's because the company doesn't just spray, they're very detail oriented and seal places they notice where pests may be getting in. We are very happy customers!

I was charged for services not rendered. I called to make an appointment at 6 pm for two weeks later and was charged immediately for services not yet rendered. I received an email receipt for this charge and contacted Lisa again, the same person I had spoken with the night before. She apologized and said my $$ would be reimbursed in a couple of days.

Who pays for a hair cut or manicure weeks in advance? In past I have always paid at time of service with your tech. This is the first time I've been charged without services. But your answer sounds good for all to read.
