I am very pleased with Demetrius' service. He was very professional and polite. He wore a mask and put on boot covers before entering my home. He explained everything he was going to do and listened attentively to all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable in his responses. He was thorough both inside and outside. My experience with diamond exterminators was absolutely a blessing. They're the best in the Hampton roads if you use them for you're service you will not be disappointed. They're on time, very very thorough, very fair on prices, and in the end my problem was solved and gone. I would most definitely reccomend diamond exterminators and Christopher and demetrius were both amazing and knew exactly what they were doing and the right solution to help me thank you!

Highly recommend Diamond Exterminators! My whole experience with Diamond Exterminators was great. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs, inspections, and treatments. They are honest, professional, punctual, and very accommodating. If you have an issue or concern they are the company to go with out worry. They take their time to walk you through the process and make sure you understand everything.

I have an older home that had moisture damage. They ripped out and re-built my entire exterior bathroom wall in a day. The workman were on time, friendly and had a "can-do" attitude that was reassuring since I had a 8' hole in my house at 11am! Job completed by 3:00pm including clean-up. I am very pleased with the work and the price. Outstanding customer service from the office personnel, Inspector to the service techs. I think I even met the owner; nice fellow.

Diamond Exterminators set up the appointment over the phone. The receptionist was professional and helpful. Chris, the technician was on time and explained the whole process. He did a thorough job of inspecting under the house. He was professional in that he indicated he observed some things that other companies may have missed and explained his boss would not have allowed the work to be left in that condition. Great experience! Waiting to set up a continuing inspection plan. I would definitely recommend this company to others

I have only just starting using this service, but in my short experience I have only encountered excellent service. They were extremely organized and timely in scheduling the first free inspection. When they came to our house for inspection and then again to spray, they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I have been impressed, to say the least, and look forward to being a continued customer for many years.
