Colony pest management did a great job with a rodent issue I had in my basement ceiling. Helped advise me how to tackle gaining access, which required me having to get a contractor to open a giant hole in the ceiling. They covered it up with some sheet rock and screws. Tom came from Colony each visit and even though he definitely wasn't skilled with tools, he was always willing to unscrew the sheet rock to do his job and help put it back up. Took a total of 4 visits, but Tom finally got rid of the rodent issue.

On two occasions, he came with a trainee who was equally as good. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was the one who found where the rodents might've been entering from and I had that fixed. And last but certainly not least was the woman who was in charge of answering the phone and scheduling the appointments: Michalyn. She was a joy to speak to every time and when it came time to schedule appointments, she never once forgot to follow up and made sure everything was on point. Colony seems like a great company overall and I would definitely recommend them if you have issues with rodents or small pests in or around your home
