Boris Pest Control

Boris Pest Control can come quickly and is not super expensive. However, it did not work the first time, second time or third time. And, on the third time, all tenants of all units complained the people who came were rude and were making no effort. If you say you'll fix it if it doesn't work, you have to actually fix it -- or suggest something that would. Unfortunately, we can't use them for our properties again. To the owner: feel free to call me if you disagree with the above. I'll show you the mice pictures, and the comments from my tenants.

Awful costumer service! We had them come out to our building which consists of 13 units. They came first to lay traps and poison and then again for a follow up. Not one unit saw improvement even after them coming two times. We are all still seeing mice. When we called to inquire what they could do the and if they could come back out the woman on the phone was so rude. She had no desire to even discuss a compromise to the situation and was quick to get off the phone. Other owners called and she was extremely rude to them as well.

Great customer service, and I wasn't even a customer! We have a massive fly issue in our back yard, and she spent 10 minutes on the phone with me walking through treatments. She said they didn't have a spray they would work, unless it touched the flies directly. So we will try the home remedy. But, they deserve a huge thank you for the help, and not showing up just to take our money. Thank you!
