Bee Catchers Family-owned and operated, Bee Catchers is a Los Angeles based bee removal business with over 15 years experience. We offer inspection and immediate bee removal services throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area (Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura and Riverside Counties) seven days a week. In addition, we provide eco-friendly solutions for other pest problems. Bees are responsible for pollinating about one-third of our food supply. Without bees to pollinate crops and other plants, scientists believe humans might be able to survive for only 4-5 years.

Stop! There's a better way to deal with your bees. In the Los Angeles metropolitan area, our professional Bee Catchers are California State licensed, uniformed, and expertly trained at safe and humane bee removal. We also remove the honeycomb, if one has been built, to prevent further problems like mites, robber bees, vermin, ants, moths, and leaking of the honey through the structure. We perform full honey removals along with repair to roofs, stucco and drywall.

Your unwanted bees are relocated to beekeepers, orchards, farms, and apiaries where they will continue to do what they do best, pollinate plants and produce delicious honey. Today, it is more important than ever to protect the bee population, but that doesn't mean that you have to live with them. We understand your concerns, and we are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

We called Nicole with a bee hive issue in our back yard. They sent a couple of guys who quoted us $800 to complete the job and we agreed. They began drilling in the rocks the hive is located in and about 30 minutes in they said they have to return tomorrow with their boss to complete the job while leaving holes and drill marks in our rocks. Since then we haven't heard from them again. We called, left messages and nothing! Don't use this service, they are unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Stay away!

The company representative was supposed to come 2-3 PM. He called at 4:30 and told me that he is at the wrong address and it's too late for him to come. He said that his office will call back to reschedule, but they never did. Very unprofessional!

It started out good. I had a great conversation with Nicole Palladino, then all of a sudden it turned south real fast after they came out to do half of the job. They got paid more than agreed and then she refused to come back and finish the job she agreed upon, out AFTER she had me go buy tons of equipment to keep the second swarm. I went through all the trouble of going and buying everything she told me to get and then she never returned calls, messages, and said she was too busy and she'd get back with me. Then she refused to respond and didn't complete the job. Very rude and unprofessional and couldn't just keep her word, nor respond. I'm highly disappointed in her service.

I called them for a bee infestation in my chimney. They came out on time and safely re-homed the bees to a local sanctuary. I was fascinated by the professionalism of Nicole, the technition on-site. The flat rate price was great, I appreciate that there were no hidden fees. (I called several companies for quotes prior to hiring them) Would recommend, great experience!

Great folks! Nicole, Owner responded quick, sent tech out next morning. Matt, Nicest, conscientious young knowledgable man! Described process, promised to save the queen which he would move with hive to new location. Live removal and relocation, THAT was important to us. Thank You!

I called on Monday for a quote, which they gave me over the phone. During the week I got a few more quotes and decided on Bee Catchers. I called them back on Friday to give them my decision and schedule the removal. They offered to move their schedule around and do the work that same day. Within hours the job was done. The workers were very professional and very personable at the same time. I highly recommend Bee Catchers services.

We had a great experience with the Bee Catchers. We had a hive for almost a year under our first story eve. I found the Bee Catchers info from the Bee Keepers Association. It was very important to us the bees were removed in a humane way and taken to a beekeeper/sanctuary. I called and spoke with Nicole. Super knowledgeable, bees are so fascinating and the was like a lesson on how these smart creatures work when I spoke with Nicole.

Two gentlemen came out a few days later and gave an estimate after surveying the wall and reading the temperature through the wall (super cool!). Our hive is very large and in the wall. They removed a fairly large piece of the wall outside, removed the bees, and then put the insulation back into the wall and sealed all backup all in the same day. Super professional and beyond friendly.

They were really good about being careful during this social distancing situation in LA. had masks on and gloves and were careful to keep their distance as well. After they were done they poured alcohol all over their hands. Lucky for us we were able to watch the entire removal behind our window in our living room. Our kids were thrilled and Tom was literally giving us an educational lesson through the window!

I wish I knew how big our hive was prior, I might have bought a big tub to keep more honeycomb. We did get two big bowls worth and have made some amazing honey to share with friends and family. Yum! Most expensive honey ever, but so worth getting it done the right way and having the repair done all in the same day. No buyers remorse here, wild seeing some of the negative reviews. I truly had no issues at all and Nicole was super nice!

I called and said I wanted to report a beehive in my backyard I said that it was in the back of my neighbors shed. The lady immediately responded very rudely "we don't go in other people's houses" I said okay I'm not telling you do go into other peoples houses. then she said "we're not a free service" I said okay I didn't expect you to be free. then she was going off on me saying that I need to have them call I said okay I'm just getting the pricing and seeing what it is. she started going off on me telling me it was me who was rude and the whole office heard me.

Mind you I couldn't even get a word in as she was cutting me off the entire time while saying that I was cutting her off. When someone calls especially a customer you might want to listen to them and ask questions instead of jumping down their throat. Now that I see these reviews it makes sense. It's crazy how she just answered assuming so much without asking questions and sounding super defensive like I was trying to get one over on her.

What a miserable person! I don't usually get this kind of response when calling places. it's insane what just happened. She was not very pleasant and I'm sorry to anyone who has to deal with her on a personal level!

They tried to double the price after finishing the job. I'm a general contractor. if I want to change the price. I do it before I start the job. unlike this guy. who finished the job. than demand $800 more. ($1200 max to $2000) he was surprised that I was very firm. and asked him to leave my property. and even told him that he can go ahead and sue me. he threatened me with a lien on my house if i'm not paying he's full price. but I'm a contractor. and I know the law. do yourself a favor. sign a contract with him before he put a foot in your'e property. or hire someone else.

We found bees coming and going out of a hole in our wall. We started calling around looking for people who can remove the bees alive and not kill them. I spoke to Nicole and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about bees. They came out and did the job fantastically. They made a hole into our wall and removed the bees alive and took out all of the honeycomb, that the nees had built.

I couldn't believe my eyes being, that this was living in our wall. They repaired the wall and it looked great when they were done. I would recommend them for any bee service you may need. Cool people. Easy to get along with. Cheers!
