As every house is different, we offer several service options to meet your individual needs and keep your house pest free. We offer monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, three-times yearly and exterior only service plans depending upon your needs. Most of our service is concentrated on the exterior of your home because that is where the majority of problems originate.

For interior service, we concentrate on entry points, i.e. doors and windows, utility, kitchen, laundry and garage areas. We offer an exterior only service option with the interior treated on an as needed basis. Crawl spaces are treated and inspected once per year or when it is deemed necessary. Attics are treated or inspected only as needed.

We can keep your business pest free, whether it is an office building, industrial building, retail store, restaurant, etc. We offer weekly, by-weekly, monthly, by-monthly or quarterly service plans to meet your business needs. Each type of service listed above is considered general service and does not include termite and bed bug control, wild animals and garden pests.

As not all structures are the same, we have different ways to control termites in and around your home or business. We can use a chemical treatment or a bait system. In regards to a chemical treatment, we use one of the longest tested non-repellent termiticides on the market, TERMIDOR Termiticide.
