Our job is to solve your wildlife problem and prevent it from happening again in the future. In order to accomplish this, a Comprehensive Wildlife Inspection report will be developed for each new client, and an itemized upfront cost sheet will be included in each report. We believe that our wildlife control techniques are the best in the business and will allow us to handle your situation as quickly and humanely as possible.

I have been using Action Services for 15 years or more. I am on a quarterly contract and I love it. I don't have to remember when I need my next treatment. They call me and set it up. One less thing I have to think about. If I find a problem that I am concerned about Dan always arranges for someone to stop by in a timely manner. I have found Dan and his employees to be very polite and trustworthy.
For years I have left my house key under my front door mat so he can spray while I am at work. Dan and his employees always take time to help me understand the best treatment. I value the service that I receive from Dan and his company.

We have been using Action Services every three months for five years now, and we have never been disappointed in the service or results. Dan and his team go out of their way to meet our time constraints. They are also very mindful of our children and dog, making sure chemicals are not sprayed on toys, food bowls, etc. I recommend Action Services to anyone needing pest control.

Used for a house inspection didn't get the report till three days later and all the report said was it checked for ants and termites.my realtor scheduled this but I was told it would include all insects and rats. Report didn't say anything on that being checked. Didn't get a call or anything for follow up. Had to ask to many times for the report. Learned my lesson trying to buy my first home.

I called Action Services and they responded quickly and efficiently. The previous family moved out and left some very unwanted guests. Action Services stayed in constant communication and kept me updated on their progress. Dan let me know what needed to be done and then he was on it. Everything was clean and sanitized when I arrived to inspect their progress. Their website is simple and easy to follow which made it easy to find the services I needed. We appreciate Action Services for his timely, thorough and friendly services. Any peat problem we have had over the last 3 years, he has taken care of quickly and is able to come back when additional pest problems come around. Wouldn't call anyone else. I have used Action Services for 4yrs now and have received the best customer service from Dan and Gerardo. Gerardo walks me through any areas of concern and explains every step of my services. We had a huge and I mean HUGE issue with rats after a neighboring property burned down. I called and text every time I heard a peep, 4am was not unusual.
I don't do mice and rats! Gerardo took my text message and was there at first light. Within 2 weeks the entire problem was solved, daily checks of traps, sealing access points, new insulation blown in our attic and no mess. Awesome job. Now I keep semi annual appointments for routine spraying and inspection and couldn't be more pleased.
