Owner Eric Johnigan, born and raised in the Amarillo/Canyon area, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from West Texas A & M University and has been a part of the local business community for over twenty-two years. Our certified technicians have served the Texas Panhandle for over nine years.Hands-on owner, Eric Johnigan, says that although this is not always easily accomplished in a competitive market, our many referrals coming from satisfied clients over the years are proof of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We have expanded our business hours to offer evening and weekend appointments for our customers. This is a direct result of communications from our clients; not everyone can just take time off from work to meet a technician during daytime business hours. We make every effort to accommodate the customer whenever possible.

Even though I called him last minute, he was very kind to me and his services were basically immediate. I called him to take care of a potential pest issue before I moved. This issue was resolved immediately, and because his pest killer is natural- I was able to go into my home right after he sprayed without worry of skin/respiratory injury. If a proprietor is genuine in their conduct, communication, and service- I will absolutely take time of of my day to leave a good review whenever I can.

The gentleman that came to my home to help me with my issue was very kind. He was understanding of my discomfort and advised that I stand back while he worked. He arrived earlier than expected which was great and respectful of me and my home. This was a bad situation made good by Aardvark, I'm very grateful for his time and the quality of the service he provided.

If you are a woman and want this guy to talk down to you like a child then by all means call them. They were treating my residence for a flea problem and I called every week for the following 3 weeks because the problem persisted and he would say each week "remember I told you it would take 4 weeks". FYI if they are not dead in 3 weeks they won't be in 4 weeks. And they weren't so I called Orkin! Don't waste your money with Aardvark. PS they aren't all that much more affordable either.

Eric is great. He explains everything. I was nervous at first because we didn't really see a change but just like he educated.at about 3 weeks EVERYTHING was gone. Ants were gone, inside and outside and we never saw a spider again. The awesome thing is he is able to spray around area my kids are because it isn't toxic like some of the other nasty chemicals. Just called again to book another appointment.

He came in and he knew it all and he was going to take care of the bug problem. That didn't happen. I called him back he said I can't come back for 4 to 6 months. He came back and the problem still didn't get solved. I would recommend This guy to anyone. My problem is worse than it was when it started. He says I guarantee my work he don't guarantee nothing he's a liar.

Termite inspection. Will recommend them! I called on Wed and set up an appointment for Thursday. I had to cancel and they were able to reschedule me for Friday no questions asked. They called before coming and waited on me when I was running a little late. They got in and got out! Very nice guys! Good price as well everyone else was over 100.00.

Punctual, friendly, and professional. Bedbugs are a nightmare, but Aardvark treated quickly and thoroughly, the kill process went exactly as they explained it would, and the bugs are completely gone. I recommend them to everyone for any pest control issues and they all tell me what great service they get. 2 thumbs up and if I had more thumbs they'd be up, too!
